About The Owner
Rick and I have owner the condo for several years. The beach has always called us and we love to bring our kids and enjoy not only the easy access to the beach but our own condo private pool with a laundry facility. We love to come down with our family and just relax from the every day events.

A relaxing vacation spot
The stay was everything that is advertised, very clean, amazing location - an easy, relaxing vacation spot. The hosts are very responsive!

Amazing
We just returned from a 10 day stay at The Pink Pearl and it was amazing.
The decor is perfect for the beach. Plenty of places to sit, sleep and eat.
At our arrival, the air conditioning was not functioning and there was someone working on it when we arrived. Even though, the air conditioner took a few days to be repaired (at no fault of the owners) they made it possible for us to remain at the house by having a window unit installed.
The location was perfect for our family, as our extended family was staying across the street.
The house is well stocked, they even were kind enough to provide paper towels, toilet paper, soups and shampoo to get you started on a great foot. There were even k-cups out for the coffee maker. There are chairs, board games and toys for the beach.
The pool was a great place for us and the kids to hang out after a day at the beach.
Parking was never an issue. And it even has a small yard to walk the dog in.
We were very lucky to have found a pet friendly rental for our vacation and would rent this home from Joella again.
Communication has been too notch.
If you have the chance to stay at The Pink Pearl, I would say do it, you won’t be sorry.

We enjoyed our stay so much!
We enjoyed our stay so much! Toni, the property manager, was in touch with me the entire time to help with anything we needed or just to check on us. Even late one evening she responded to me immediately.
It was so nice to be able to step right out of the back door into the grass with our dogs. We felt close to everything and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Everything you could need is in the apartment. The neighbors are also really nice and did not mind our dogs at all.
My very favorite thing was the storage space and all of the areas to hang things. There are many hanging hooks in every room...on the walls, cabinets, and doors. This is a huge plus to me because at the beach you have so many towels, wet clothes, swimsuits, pet harnesses and just so many things. I really appreciated this!
We will definitely be coming back if given the opportunity next year.

We loved our stay at the Pink Pearl!
We loved our stay at the Pink Pearl! This is our 3rd time staying in this condo complex. The location is perfect, the pool is clean, kitchen is perfectly stocked & the patio is great for relaxing on! The owner and property manager are quick to respond to all questions prior to & during our stay. Things I would bring next time- bath mat, coffee filters or kcups (both type of coffee makers available), extra trash bags & extra toilet paper. We can’t wait to return again next year!
