Very close to the beach and with a child, that's a huge plus! The place was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and we will be back! Would recommend to friends and family.

Everything at the condo was as-advertised and the shabby chic decor was charming and beach themed. Guests can check the drawers under the TV for board games, books, and DVDs as well as menus and flyers for local activities. The kitchen is well-equipped and I enjoyed having room for the groceries I brought in the cupboards. It is a 2 minute walk down the block and across the street to the beach access. Holden Beach is a quiet, dare I say it, sleepy little island, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Don't come here looking for lots of places to eat out and be entertained - it is more the kind of place for being a beach bum and cooking simple meals at home. The pool at the condo is clean and not busy most of the time, and it's where you will find an outside shower to rinse sand off of yourself from the beach. Finally, I appreciated the chairs in the back patio. Great for enjoying the air and listening to the ocean.
