This house is the perfect location on the island if not staying completely oceanfront. Accurately described and very roomy. Our entire family loved it and we will definitely be back. Well stocked and the outside shower makes for a third shower to clean up from a day at the beach.

We usually stay ocean front with our young kids but couldn’t afford the higher prices this year. Since we didn’t want to miss our vacation, we decided we could do a short walk to the beach to save some money. Boy am I glad we did!! This single family home met all of our needs plus more! Loved that everything was included. The house was super clean. Having all the rooms on one floor was great for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach, so we could even walk back and forth as needed. We were also able to bring our dog. My family will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice to deal with too.

We stayed at this delightful home the last full week in May. Being situated between the intracoastal waterway and the ocean was a great location and they both offered great views, especially sunrises and sunsets. We loved that the home was one level, and it included all the amenities you could possibly need. Very well stocked. Richard and Lisa were great to deal with, and we will definitely stay in their home again.

It was a perfect stay and location! Short walk to the beach and the house came with all the beach additions (chairs, towels, etc). In addition, the house was spotless and had all the kitchen appliances need and the grill was great. Thank you for letting us stay and we can’t wait to return.
