The house was absolutely amazing, perfect for four adults and one child. This location is pet-friendly so we were also able to take our fur babies. We loved just walking across the street to reach the beach. Topsail is by far my favorite area because there is no traffic, the beach has very few people most days, and shops/restaurants aren’t overrun with tourists. We will definitely be returning!

The house was very neat and clean. The price was good especially for the location. We had a great view of the ocean and sound. It was about a minute and a half walk to the beach. I could actually watch my older kids walk to the beach from the front porch. The beds were very comfortable. Our dog was able to run around under the house and in the grass.

The first thing I have to say
about this rental was that it
was very clean and
comfortable. The second
thing is location, location,
location. Quick, easy walk to
public beach access. Each
day we went to the beach in
the morning. Then we walked
back to the house for lunch
and a short nap. Then back
to the beach. The beach
area was never crowded.
Short drive into town. I would
definitely stay here again.
