Three families spent the week at this property. The house is one half of the property in the first picture. It has plenty of room for sleeping. The living room and outside deck is kind of small so it got a bit cramped on rainy days. The pool is open from about 10am to 6pm. When the pool is closed you have to access the beach from the side. The house is very clean and everything seems very new. The property management team was very responsive and helpful.

All the grandkids and adults love the pool right at our doorstep. The deck leads right to the beach walk. Marvelous!

We had a lovely time at this property in North Topsail. The owners kept us updated on how COVID-19 measures would impact our stay. We were still able to enjoy the pool and the beautiful ocean. We would recommend this property!

We loved the well stocked kitchen, multiple decks, hot tub, and ocean views. Very kid friendly with lots of toys, books, and beach things. This house is as close to perfect as we’ve seen!

Beautiful place right on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. We had to evacuate 4 days early due to Hurricane Dorian.
