Pristine, updated, and right on the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay despite it being cut tremendously short due to mandatory evacuation to evade Hurricane Florence. The duplex was beautiful and spacious. Everything was as advertised and the kitchen was beautifully updated and nicely stocked with supplies for cooking. Bob, the property manager, was very helpful and met us upon our arrival to show us around. We enjoyed our evening in the hot tub under a beautiful starry sky. We would absolutely stay again but considering our bad luck with weather we might choose a summer week over September. Thank you for such a lovely vacation.

Great for our family vacation!

The house was just the right size for our family...everyone had a great place to sleep and each person could have their privacy when wanted. It was amazingly quiet and we did not hear the family having a reunion in the adjoining duplex. Loved being on the ocean front since it rained everyday, we could just run outside to take advantage of the pool and beach whenever the sun did shine. Bob was quick to respond when we had some problems with the downstairs air conditioner. We did not go long without AC. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home!

Perfect spot for multiple families!!!

We loved this spot from the moment we arrived! With the 3 floors everybody had their privacy. We did a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed to do so at our fingertips! The beach was so private and quiet! The pool got a lot of use with 7 teenagers! Hot tub was a hit! My mother in law could just walk out the door, sit in the chair and enjoy the ocean! I can’t imagine a better place! Shopping needs close by! And soooo well taken care of and updated! Our property manager Bob was very helpful with anything we needed! We will Definitely be back. Deck ocean views are perfect with coffee in the morning! Till next time Topsail!!

Great unit with super access to the pool and a beautiful wide section of beach.

Had a great week and the house fit our needs really well. (6 adults and 3 children under 9.) The living area is large and comfortable with a dining table that sits 10 comfortably. Could have used a baking pan for brownies and a few more teaspoons, but that truly is a minor issue. Good storage room and a nice gas grill that we used several times. Our first visit to North Topsail and we will be back and will hope to stay in your well equipped and we'll maintained unit again.

Great beach house! Perfect family vacation.

The house was beautiful inside, very clean, recently updated. Giant dining room table that fit our whole family. Really nice porches on each floor facing the ocean. We LOVED having the pool right in front of our home with direct access to the beach. Wonderful place to host our family reunion (8 adults) with plenty of space for everyone. The property manager, Bob, was very helpful throughout our stay and checked in on us occasionally to ensure we were having a great time and assist with any issues that arose during the trip.
