Area is mostly private vacation homes - very little "tourist traps"; shopping/groceries relatively easy access. Home was clean and decorated well; only negative was that one side of jets on hot tub wasn't working; beach chairs are left over by previous guest and are run down or broken.
Highly recommend Topsail Island.

This was hands down our favorite beach trip! We like quiet, peaceful places where we can just relax on the beach and the deck. This was it! The house is beautiful and very clean, the pool was right there, and the hot tub was awesome. You have a bit of a blocked view from the main floor, but you can still see the ocean. And the views from the 2nd and 3rd floor are wonderful. Bob was fantastic-meeting us and explaining everything about the house. Loved, loved, loved it!

We love topsail beach, and this house met all of our needs. It was perfect! Bob the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was perfect, the house was big and clean, and I honestly wouldn’t have changed a single thing. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second time staying at this property, absolutely loved it once again. We love topsail and this property. From the pool to the close access to the beach, it is everything we were looking for.
