Situated between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, you are 60 minutes from both airports, ample shopping and activities before returning to the #1 voted tranquil family beach!
This beautiful 6 BR, 5.5 Bth is located one block off Ocean Blvd. and three blocks from the bridge. You have a short 5-minute walk to the beach, accessed by the private beach walk at the end of the street! It is less than a 10-minute walk to the restaurants for dinner, playground, splash pad, or basketball and pickle ball courts under the lights for exercise!
With this RARE Sunday to Sunday rental, you will enjoy the empty beach on Saturday and avoid ALL the traffic coming and going off the island!
After playing all day in the sun, come rinse off in the private outdoor shower before making your way upstairs where there is plenty of space to spread out and relax! There is a separate living room, an office, and a den each with couches and TVs to each have their own space to watch their favorite show, work from home, or read their favorite book!
In addition to these rooms is a game room to play cards, games, or put together a puzzle! And, a Rec Room on the ground level where you can workout, play ping pong, or hang out while grilling dinner!
With four decks, two on the front of the house and two on the back, you’ll be able to take in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean or ICW views! Whether that’s sitting in a rocker on the front deck while sipping your morning coffee or lounging on the back deck in the sun watching the boats go down the ICW, you’ll be relaxed! If you’ve had too much sun, enjoy the shade on the back bottom deck while watching the kids play in the backyard on the putting green! Better yet, send them to the Rec Room to play ping pong and enjoy the peace and quiet while reading a book!
The kitchen is a dream! Appointed as well as your own kitchen at home, making anything from burgers on the grill to a gourmet seafood meal will be easy to accomplish! You won’t need a thing! The kitchen has a table big enough to seat 10 people with 4 more at the bar. Or, enjoy the 10-person table on the deck under the shade of the umbrella!
With an inverted floor plan, the majority (four) of the bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a den are located on the middle floor. Two bedrooms, full bath (shower only), half bath, main living room, kitchen, card/puzzle room, and office are located on the top floor!

Blessing for sure!
This house is spacious, beautiful and clean! The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. There are a ton of things to do in the house if you can't go to the beach.the kitchen is very well equipped and there is an awesome library as well!

Perfect Spring Break for Our Family!
This house was a perfect Spring Break trip for our family. The beach was a short walk away and had lots of room for us to spread out. It was never crowded. The island had a great little playground area and basketball court for my kids to play at. There were several cool places to explore within a short drive away and we loved the Saltwater Shanty for ice cream.
The house is decorated with little touches that give it a fun, beachy vibe. It was clean and well stocked and there was a lot of room to spread out and relax. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning watching the ocean while we had our coffee. We grilled out on the back deck several times and watched the boats come through the ICW. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong in the rec room downstairs. We were able to do a little light fishing, go for walks and go to dinner, all without leaving the island.
This was a fantastic, laid back place to stay and vacation and we will definitely be back!

Excellent Property-Plan to Return
Can’t say enough about this wonderful property! Location was excellent given its proximity to the beach but also restaurants and shops.
Open floor plan was wonderful, furnishings gave a wonderful vacation vibe, and there were several bedrooms and baths to accommodate groups of all sizes without feeling crowded.
Especially enjoyed the multiple decks to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, depending on our mood.
We won’t bother to look for other properties to rent when we return, Here and Now will be our go-to!

Surf, Sun & Fun!
Our crew of four, along with two other families (6 adults + 9 kids aged 2-13) met up for a quick July 4th trip to Holden Beach. "Here and Now" was the perfect spot for us. The location was fantastic, only a 3 min walk to the beach with easy access.
And the layout of the rooms and gathering spaces was a perfect setup for the adults and kids.
Watch the shrimp boats pass by on the Intracoastal from the back deck while you sip your morning coffee. Take the perfect family picture off the front deck overlooking the Atlantic during the magic hour in the evening.
