"Beach Please" is a modern and newly built 4-room, 5-bath beach house located in close proximity to the beautiful beach and providing easy access to the sound. With two living spaces, stunning sunset views of the sound and ocean can be enjoyed from the comfort of the house or from the decks. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen Roku TV, and ample closet storage is available. Relax and play with friends and family on the beautiful beach or challenge each other to a game of foosball.

Policies
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less a cancellation fee (up to 15% of the gross rental amount), less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium
Failure to cancel in writing may result in charging the final payment to the Tenant's credit card.
If the Property is not re-rented, Tenant will not be entitled to reimbursement for any advance rent payment. The Owner will not be responsible for reimbursing for any fees that have already been paid out or are due a third party. The Tenant must seek reimbursement directly from the third party. The Tenant is responsible to verify that the cancellation notification has been received by the Owner.

Our adult family love spending time on the beach!
It was an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it to others. Our whole adult family came to Topsail to attend a family wedding. Spent time walking on the beach, etc.

Enjoyed the house and so close to the beach
When we walked in the door the house felt very welcoming. The decor is lovely. We spent a lot of time visiting in the living room and on the front porch. Lots of walks on the beach since it's so close. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Thanks for providing everything we needed to enjoy our time here,
