Hardwood and Ceramic tile throughout the house. The Fully equipped kitchen (with ocean/beach view) has Granite counter tops, Stainless Steel appliances. The open area dinning room and bar seats 11.
The laundry room has Full size front loading washer/dryer on pedestals, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
There are 32 inch Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The Master and Front bedrooms have ocean/beach views.
The living room has a 55 inch Flat 1080p Samsung TV, Pioneer Home theater w/DTS and WFI High Speed Internet connection.
The lockable storage below has beach chairs, body boards and new gas grill with side burner.
The covered porch has furniture to enjoy your morning beverage or your favorite night cap. Private parking below house will accommodate 4 standard vehicles.
There is an outside shower and water hose for your convenience.

We have a panoramic view of Down Town Garden City Beach. You can crab, shrimp or hunt for oysters just a short walk to the marsh area. The Amusement arcade has something for everyone and shopping. The restaurants and night life are just around the corner. The Pier offers an arcade, bar with restaurant and live bands nightly as well as fishing.

Master Bedroom has King size bed, Tray Ceiling with fan, flat screen TV, with ocean view. Guest Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed, with Ceiling fan, flat screen TV. Guest Bedroom 3 has Queen size bed, Vaulted Ceiling with fan, flat screen TV, with ocean view. A full size futon in the living room provides additional sleeping (8).
The two full baths have fiberglass tub shower combinations. All baths have cherry cabinets with cultured marble counter tops and ceramic tile floors.
Other beach games / activities include, soccer ball, football, and volleyball. In addition there is two 7 1/2 feet wood pole umbrellas (with sand spikes), beach chairs and a beach carry cart.

Beautiful home
Had a great time. Well
Stocked. Great to have umbrellas and chairs to use. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Does get loud at night with fireworks, and it scares the dogs. Only thing it could use is a line to hang damp towels and swimsuits. We have a great time

Beach dreaming at it’s best!
House very clean and has everything you want or need. Owners very accommodating. Best place! We have stayed before and look forward to coming back again ❤️

Beach Dreams Come True
This was our second year staying at Beach Dreamer and again it's was fantastic. We have a large dog who has come with us both times and he was welcome and also had a wonderful time. Now we're looking to move to the area, hopefully soon

Everything you need, steps from the beach
My family and I (7 people total) stayed in this home comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, the beds were VERY comfortable, and despite being close to a small amusement park, it was incredibly quiet. Jim and his wife keep an outdoor storage area full of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and plenty more so you don't have to buy your own. We greatly enjoyed our time here and would look into renting again the next time we're in the area!
