We are a boutique style home with all the special amenities that help your vacation be a relaxing one. We try our best to ensure you have everything you need when you arrive!
House includes:
5 King Bedrooms/4.5 bath - private heated pool - daily concierge tent service June-August.
We are a true "full service property" that includes many extra amenities other properties do not offer:
1)Blue Linen service providing sheets & towels - sheets are on beds & pre-made before your arrival and towels left for each quest
2)Soap products & paper towels are provided for kitchen.
3)Soap products & toilet tissues provided for all bathrooms.
4)Spices/coffee/cooking oil/condiments/cooking essentials provided.
5)Daily tent service provided and set up each day during your weekly vacation with the use of our beach buggy and 4 beach chairs. (Dailly tent service offered during May-August)

Policies
No smoking on premises is allowed.
No animals allowed.
No one allowed to sign rental contract under the age of 35.
No house/wedding/family reunion parties allowed.
No grilling on porches or removing grill from designated location.
Drivers license required and guest list must be completed before entry.
No overnight guests not on the guest list.
No pool privileges for anyone not on the guest list.
All monies to be received for reservations 30 days before occupancy.
Security deposits of $500.00 required at signing of contract. Security deposits are refundable 14 days after vacating.
To activate pool heater in off season months (winter/spring/fall) there will be an additional $500.00 charge.
Home must be vacated by 10:00 AM SHARP on check-out day or guest will be subject to a late check-out fee up to twice the daily rental rate for any portion of day the tenant remains on/in the premises. This rent plus, any and all legal fees or other expenses resulting from this late check-out shall be paid by the tenant via Security Deposit. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced to have our home ready for your vacation.

STORMS: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane residence of a vacationing guest Warning," area, we will refund:
I) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
II) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay,to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
III) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the
"Hurricane Warning" period.

How about all the grandkids from 15 months to 11 years old had the time of their lives? Grownups too!

“A stress free vacation”
We have been renting vacation homes for 20+ years and never have we have we ever stayed somewhere so well prepared for a stress -free family vacation! From the special touches to the abundance of amenities, we can tell you've put a lot of effort into making this a very special place. Exceptional
My family has vacationed at Holden Beach for 25 plus years bouncing from rental to rental hoping to find a vacation home worth returning to. C’s by the Sea is that home. From my past vacation rental home experiences, Cheryl’s attention to detail is second to none. She personally greeted us on arrival and guided us on a tour of her beautiful home, while someone she contracted with unloaded and delivered our baggage to our respective rooms.
On arrival was a welcome gift for the adults and surprises for the kids, as well as arranging a daily beach canopy set up and take down. These are just several of the numerous ways Cheryl’s personal touch is evident. She was also available throughout the week should we need anything.
The fact she meticulously maintains C’s by the Sea is evident down to the smallest detail, such as being on site each departure morning to assist and oversee preparations for the next arriving guests.
Because of Cheryl’s behind the scenes personal involvement this was among the most memorable of family vacations. In fact, we already booked C’s by the Sea for next year.
