We have invested a great deal of time and money to make this home the best it can be for us and others. A dog is never allowed on the furniture/beds/comforters/blankets/benches/tables/chairs. A dog must be potty trained (No pee pads).Dog crate must be used when adults are not at home. No exceptions. I have plenty of guests that stay in our home without pets. They expect my furniture and furnishing to be nice (not a dog bed). Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

Welcome to 9 Wisteria Lane located in the middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting of Greenwood Forest in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation…just off the Sea Pines bike trails and just a short bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach Village.

We have all the features and comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island.

Our home is located across the street from the 5th fairway and 6th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Link -We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!

As a guest in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our private, neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, and tennis court (now pickle ball available on tennis court). You’ll also have access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club** - Renovated in 2014.

Accommodations:

1 Level House-(no steps) - Semi-Circular Driveway with landscape lighting – room for 3 SUV’s

2 bedrooms (king size and queen size beds)

2 bathrooms + great room sleeper sofa-queen size (sleeps 5).

I am supplying new linens, bath towels and kitchen towels/pot holder. There is plenty of full size laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap available for everyone. Just in case if there any little spills or accidents, I have plenty of cleaning supplies located in the laundry room. Beach towels are also available to use (located in laundry room).

Fully stocked kitchen with a Double oven range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ice maker, Coffee maker, KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, Toaster , Blender, Non Stick Cookware, Can opener (Electric and Manual), Dishes, Glasses and Flatware.

3 TV’s which include, 42' flat screen in family room and 27' flat screen in the master bedroom, 3 DVD players-blueray in family room, DVR, HBO,free unlimited long distance calling (within the United States), free high speed and wireless internet (password protected), (2) iPod/iPhone clock radio docking stations.

Whirlpool Duet Steam front load washing machine and dryer.

Small video and book library for all ages to enjoy.

Exterior Storage Room has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, wagon and bike trailers. Other beach toys, coolers, beach bags, etc.

Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court (with pickle ball), and a children's playground (pool and tennis court renovated summer 2013).

Come and enjoy the (renovated 2014) Plantation Golf Club and Fraser's Tavern. The building features history-minded details, as well as modern, first class finishes.

The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town golf links, home of the Heritage pro tour golf tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis tournament - and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant, and newspaper.

We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. They offer free delivery, locks and baskets as well.

A few reminders about Sea Pines: No RV's, boats, trailers or motorcycles are allowed. No tents can be left overnight on the beach, no private wedding at property or on the beach without prior approval from Sea Pines and owner. Sea Pines is a natural habitat, we have gators, coyotes, snakes, deer and others. Vehicles have the right away not pedestrians or bikers. Please be aware of your surroundings. Sea Pines charges $10 for any delivery (groceries, uber eats, grub hub) Uber is allowed. Lyft $10

About The Owner

Our family moved to Cumming, Ga after living in Johns Creek, Ga. for 16 years. Born and raised in Atlanta, graduated from Georgia Tech.

We were vacationing with friends who owned a home in Sea Pines. We loved it so much we decided to buy a home for ourselves to enjoy. We love the natural setting, wonderful white sandy beaches and miles and miles of bike trails. It is such a relaxing environment. My son loves to skim board and boogie board at the beach. One of the dogs loves visiting Lawton Stables. There is never a dull moment!

We actually purchased this home as a second home with no intentions of renting. We finally realized we just are not able to visit as often as we would like so we decided to share our home with others. We have updated most of the home. Our home feels larger than the acutal square footage. Very Spacious bedrooms. It is a great home and it is very centrally located in Sea Pines. We are not the biggest or the closest to the beach but we do offer an excellent vacation value. We visit several times a year. We are proactive homeowners so this is our home not just a rental. We hope enjoy our home as much as we do!

We felt we were already at home by the time we arrived at 9 Wisteria Lane. The attention we received before our arrival made it so easy, after an 8-hour drive, to adjust immediately. The home is everything as listed, and more. We enjoyed a wonderful week, on an extraordinarily beautiful island in a five-star pet-friendly home away from home.

Dog friendly, quiet neighborhood, close to bike/running trails.

This home was absolutely spectacular. Carla cares a lot about this house, and it really shows. From day one upon booking, Carla was very open to communication and making sure all our questions were answered. We spent the week of Thanksgiving at the Sea Pines house, and could not have had a better experience. Her kitchen is well stocked with cookware and other needs that made it feel like we were at home, we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the house because her kitchen was so nice. Her yard was perfect for our dog to run around and burn off some energy, and the neighborhood was very quiet making it great to walk him without the worry of vehicle traffic. The proximity of the house to the bike trails was an added bonus. Whether we went for a run, or took our bikes for a ride to the beach or Harbour Town, the trails at the front of the neighborhood made travelling without a car very easy. The house is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend some time on HHI.

Best Rental Experience From Beginning to End

We had a stellar experience with this property. It was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. Everything was provided that you would normally need to purchase for a weeks vacation- laundry detergent, zip lock bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices... I could go on and on. You are all set for the beach too! Towels, great beach chairs, umbrellas, tote bags, mini cooler for drinks! The master bed was one of the most comfortable we have encountered and the furniture is not typical of a rental. You would never believe that this is a pet friendly unit, as it is obvious that renters respect the request that pets stay off the furniture. The fenced in yard is a luxury when traveling with dogs. The location was perfect, it was a short bike ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Sea Pines- to the restaurants, the beach, the shops. The community pool was another plus! Clean and big- my daughter loved it! A great mix of sun and shade while you are swimming. The owners were attentive and wanted to be sure we found the home clean and to our expectation upon arrival. They made themselves available by phone or text if we had any questions at all. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this amazing home. It was one of our most favorite yet!

Perfect Place! Great Location!

We stayed in this home and it was perfect! Everything was so clean, newly renovated, the back yard was outstanding with the fence for the kids and dog. We even ate dinner out there and it was heaven! The location was a 30 second bike ride to the pool and tennis courts. Everything was a short bike to the beach and Harbour Town And South Beach. Towels, sheets, blankets, beach toys, chairs etc were plenty. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here next year.

Carla provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. Through our conversations it was clear that she wanted to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed-and we did!
