Our beautiful two bedroom, two bath Condo is located in the world class Barefoot Resort and Golf where you can get the ultimate resort experience without the high priced resort fees.
We are located on the FIRST floor (no stairs!!!),for easy access, and the condo is an end unit. Our unit has a screened-in, tiled patio in back with a beautiful view of the 15th green of the Greg Norman golf course. This unit is in excellent condition. Comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodations allow you to spread out and relax.

This golf villa is perfect for a golfer's getaway, family vacation or for couples. Make yourself at home, in our home, and leave the stresses and strains of outside life behind. Once you enter the main gate at Barefoot Resort and Golf you will realize that you are someplace special.
Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and 32 inch TV's in each of the bedrooms. Also, ceiling fans in the living room as well as each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa. The living and dining area are large enough for maximum occupancy. The master bedroom has a large, walk-in closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances plus coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. The unit also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and hair dryer in both bathrooms.
This golf villa is centrally located in the Wedgewood community of Barefoot Resort and Golf. It is just steps from the community pool and short walk or drive to the main resort pool. There is also a free community shuttle (seasonal), a few steps away that will take you to the beach, approximately two miles from the resort. Here you can soak in the sun or sit in the shade. When you need a break from the beach and pool, we are nestled among four (4) championship Golf courses (Norman, Dye, Fazio, and Love). We are one of the closest villas’s to the main clubhouse and “Putter's Pub” where you can enjoy hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range and enjoy a cold beverage or a fresh brick oven pizza at the Sports bar.
Just outside the main entrance to Barefoot Resort and Golf is Barefoot Landing, the boardwalk-style, outdoor entertainment center where you'll find all the shopping, dining, and other activities you will want. There is live entertainment at the Alabama Theatre or the House of Blues and lots of great restaurants.
There is also a lot to do for the whole family. Mini golf, Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Opry, Medieval Times, Pirate’s Voyage, and Alligator Adventure are all within reach to delight vacationers of all ages.
Don't miss the weekly Monday night fireworks during the summer months at Barefoot Landing.

Several years ago we vacationed at Barefoot for the very first time. It was love at first site. We knew that this would be a place that we would want to come to year after year. We purchased our first villa in the Wedgewood community back in 2011, for not just our enjoyment but to be able to share this wonderful villa and location with you. We loved it so much and have had such a great experience enjoying all that North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area has to offer, we decided to purchase a second unit here in River Crossing. River Crossing is a beautiful community with its lush landscaping, beautiful ponds and great views of the golf course. We are now looking forward to creating new memories, meeting new people and sharing our beautiful villa with you.

Outstanding MB condo
Vacation stay at this unit was very satisfying. Condo had all the amenities of home. Flat screen tv in all rooms, carpeting in the bedrooms and nice hardwood floor in the living room. Very comfortable furnishings and a nice patio. Pool is directly across the parking lot, Quiet and close to everything. Will stay here again next yr. Owners were very cordial and always available if you need some help in getting around or finding a nice restaurant. Highly recommend this Myrtle Beach condo.

Great place for family
We stayed for a week long baseball tournament. Great location with lots of things close by to do. Will definitely stay again next time in town.

Felt like home for me
his is a great condo for everyone -neat,clean and well decorated -i thoroughly enjoyed our stay and on my next trip i will look here first its far enough off the main hwy but close enough to have a short trip to a ton of fun things to do including the beach if you are looking for a condo in myrtle this is it

Quiet and relaxing
This property was perfect for us. Well kept, clean and taken care of. It was a great place to unwind and unplug from the world. Close to beach access with restrooms. A pool and parking spot right outside of our front door. This bottom floor end unit is also located in a quiet area. What more could we ask for. We highly recommend this property. Owner was very responsive from beginning to end. Hope to be back again Bob. Thanks again!

excellent,quiet and relaxing
My husband and I were so impressed, we already scheduled the same week for next year! This condo is an end unit on the ground floor. It is immaculate and well furnished. The bed is more comfortable than ours at home! There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen has everything you need. The screened porch in the back was our favorite spot. We spent our mornings there drinking coffee, talking, watching the butterflies, and just enjoying the environment. There is a feeling of privacy and calm c trees separating the back lawn from the golf course. Right across from the front door is the pool. There are as many areas to enjoy under the shade as in the bright sun around the pool. There is a grill and picnic area just outside of the pool area. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, Bob - he is great to work with and it is obvious that this is not "just another rental"; it is cared for like his own home.
