These owners grew-up in Florida and have the beach written in their DNA! Through a lot of hard work and planning the couple secured this dream home as a young family and have enjoyed making many happy beach and Charleston memories together. As their children are growing and becoming busier with activities closer to home, beach get-aways have become less frequent, and they have decided to share this wonderful home with other families. They sincerely hope that you fall in love with the history and lifestyle of the Lowcounrty and will make their home an annual destination for your family.

The house was in a great location and was very well stocked. The beds were comfy (huge plus for me) and the kitchen had everything I needed. Was so happy the our pups were able to join; made the vacation that much better. Only comment I would have is the behind the couch table placement. Lol!! You’ll know if you rent. All-in-all, we would happily stay there again

I have stayed at this house several times through the years with different sets of family and friends. The layout of the house is wonderful. I love the master suite. Also, the openness of the main living space is great for spending time together as a group.

We had our whole family in for an old school family vacation 29 yr old daughter and her 3 yr old son. 28 yr old son, 19 and 17 yr old daughter's, and our two 4 legged family members The home was lovely and well kept. A very short walk to the beach We rented a golf cart to transport our beach stuff. The property manager was highly responsive when we needed a couple of minor things . Overall it was a 10 out of 10 week. Thanks so much to the owners and Beth the property manager
