Our beach home is situated right on the ocean on Topsail Island. The home is built for people who love the beach or just relaxing in the North Carolina sun.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths to accommodate large family and/or friend gatherings. Our beach house has all the benefits of home without all the responsibilities. The home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably, including up to 10 adults. The home has been completely renovated in 2019. It offers an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful setting of Topsail Beach, NC.
The Exterior Ocean-side boasts a lovely deck with eating/sitting area's w/furniture and outside shower, and stairs for beach access. The house hosts a street-side-2-car under-house garage with spacious driveway for parking and a picnic table area and upper furnished porch.
The Interior floor plan has a spacious open charm with LVP wood flooring throughout and beautifully tiled kitchen w/appliances including a stand alone ice maker, as well as separate laundry room w/washer/dryer.
Our Main floor dining room boasts high top table/chairs along with a breakfast counter area with seating. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with large screen T.V./cable and Wifi and floor to ceiling oceanside windows!
Four full baths are tiled throughout the showers, floors and tub surround. Our five bedrooms fully furnished include both an upper and lower level Oceanside Master bedroom/bath with incredible views and large screen T.V.'s.
