This Surfside Villas duplex offers unobstructed views, tranquility and a privately-owned hot tub with additional deck seating. Enjoy a Surround Sound System with in ceiling speakers on the main floor and a receiver that connects via Bluetooth & WiFi to stream virtually any audio from your smartphone or tablet.

After spending the day on the pristine beach, take advantage of the spacious hot/cold outdoor shower.

This home also features a very large backyard green space. This is VERY rare and is a great space for grilling, playing games (waffle ball, soccer, cornhole, etc.) or just to let the kids run while you relax on the deck and watch!

The family room is on the first floor and is equipped with a large Smart TV. For an unexpected rainy day, the home is stocked with plenty of books, games, and puzzles to occupy guests of all ages.

You'll be impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large island to gather around and a dining table that seats 10. Also on the first floor is a King Master bedroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor is a King Master bedroom with a private bath and a Queen bedroom, both with ocean views and a walk out furnished deck. A third bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed with trundle. This room is also equipped with a Smart Blu-ray DVD player.

The Master bedroom occupies the 3rd floor and has a King bed, private deck, and a walk-in shower. All 5 bedrooms have a Smart TVs and there is strong WiFi throughout the home.

This property has several very RARE AND UNIQUE things that make it one of the best on the island. Compare these before booking other properties!

- The elevator goes all the way to the TOP floor master bedroom - many other houses do not.

- The very large BACKYARD green space is a rare find on the beach. Kids and adults alike love the space to run and play - close to the house and pool so adults can relax on the deck and see the kids in a safe, close area.

- The houses are angled - this means while sitting at the dining room table you are looking straight at the OCEAN and NOT the side of the neighbors house!

- The beaches are VERY uncrowded since there are only 5 other houses that share the immediate area. Some other townhomes have 20+ homes that overcrowd the pool and beach. Not here! Pool is open Apr 1 - Oct 30.

Linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide these amenities for your entire stay.

• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

HOUSE RULES

Tenant/Guest Obligations - In accordance with the NCVRA, the Tenant is to:

1. Keep the Property, common areas, and appurtenant areas clean, safe, and sanitary;
2. Dispose of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and safe manner;
3. Keep all plumbing fixtures clean;
4. Please do not move furniture inside or outside of the home to different rooms or decks.
5. Please do not consume food or drinks in the bedrooms.
6. Comforters and decorative pillows are not a part of the linen service. Please do not lay on top of these with wet bathing suits etc.
7. The hot tub is for adult use only. For health and safety reasons, no one under 16 years old is permitted in the hot tub. Please shower off all oils and hair products before entering the hot tub. The hot tub is serviced weekly and has an automatic sanitizer. If hot tub has to be drained due to excessive dirt and oils , you will be charged a extra fee.
8. Hot tub cover should be on hot tub and secure at all times when not in use . This helps regulate the temperature as well as sudden storms and high winds can cause the cover to be blown off and damaged if it does not remain secure.
9. Please do not set the A/C temperature down below 72°. Below this temperature the unit can freeze up and you can be charged a service call as well as being without A/C for up to 24 hours.
10. Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the Property or render inoperable the smoke detectors;
11. Be responsible for all damage, defacement, or removal of any property inside the Property that is in his or her exclusive control;
12. Immediately notify the Owner in the event repairs or replacement of smoke detector are needed;
13. Additionally, the Tenant agrees to: (i) leave the Property in the same or better condition as when tenancy began except for normal wear and tear, (ii) be financially responsible for unwarranted or unneeded service calls and service calls caused by Tenants misuse of the Property, (iii) report any and all problems to the Owner immediately (within 24 hours or prior to departure), (iv) not to allow any member of their party to walk on, play on, or in any way disrupt the sand dunes of Topsail Island, (each town has a fine for this action), (v) not to enter Owner's private storage spaces, (vi) to abide by occupancy limits of the Property at all times.
14. The Tenant will be the sole contact person in regards to this Agreement and the tenancy. Such Tenant is responsible for the adherence of all other occupants, visitors, or guests of the Tenant to this Agreement.
15. Tenant will be held liable for extra cleaning charges and for damages involved in Smoking inside the Property.
16. Refrain from taking glass containers onto the beach and pool areas or in the hot tub.
17. Comply with any and all other instructions, regulations, or guidelines communicated by the Owner as well as all local ordinances.

Easter, Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years Weeks are at Mid Season Rates.

Parking is provided for four (6) vehicles. Additional parking is not provided in the development.
