50% of payment is required to make reservation, and remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in. Security deposit is refundable provided there is no damage to property. Departure cleaning & linens are $200. Pool heater available for $35/day. For off-season rentals an additional cleaning/linen fee may be applied. Guests are responsible for their own towels, toiletries, paper towels, etc.
