This lovely 2 bedroom Hilton Head Island vacation villa is located on South Forest Beach Drive, directly across the street from the ocean and Coligny Plaza. Walk just a short 3 minutes from the condo and you can plant your toes in the sand on the beach or start your vacation shopping and dining at the abundant stores and restaurants of the very popular Coligny Plaza.

The Hilton Head Island vacation condo is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation needs. The very spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed and also a twin-size bed to make sleeping arrangements more easily managed. The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper. Both bedrooms and the dining area have ceiling fans to help the central a/c cool the unit to your satisfaction.

The kitchen is supplied with everything to make your vacation cooking and dining experience enjoyable and easy. From fully stocked cabinets (pots,pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc) to the convenient kitchen pass through into the dining area, getting a meal while on vacation isn't too much to handle. 6 can be seated very comfortably around the glass dining table for meals, games and conversation. If you need to do laundry while on vacation, using the full size washer and dryer in the unit makes the chore go faster.

For entertainment while in the Hilton Head Island vacation home, sit back and watch cable TV or a movie on any 1 of the 3 flat screened TVs equipped with DVD players.( 32 inch tv in living room, 24 inch tv in master bedroom and 24 inch tv in guest room) Connect to the internet via a free wireless connection in the villa. Relax with a book from the provided reading library. Sit on the private balcony and enjoy the island landscaping, hear the birds sing and catch a whiff of the ocean on the sea breeze.

Grab your tennis racket or put on your bathing suit, take the elevator down one floor from the villa and walk down a few steps to the free tennis courts and pool.

In planning your Hilton Head Island vacation, please note that this Hilton Head Island vacation villa is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Parking passes for only 2 vehicles will be supplied. At least one tenant needs to be at least 25 years of age and that person needs to sign the rental agreement.
Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. NO check in before 4:00 P.M. unless approved by me. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass when parked at Forest Beach Villa facilities or vehicle will be subject to towing.
Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. SHARP. This time MUST be strictly adhered to, as the villa must be cleaned, inspected, and made ready for the next renter.

At least one tenant shall be at least 25 years of age and shall be the responsible party signing the rental agreement.

All rates require additional tax

Monthly rental rates ($1250-$2150) are available for any month except June, July and August.

Refund Policy: A full refund (minus $100.00 reservation deposit) will be made if the cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to reservation. If Landlord obtains another rental for the premises for that time period, the $100.00 deposit will be refunded also. For cancellations received later than 6 weeks prior to reservation, ½ of the rental amount paid (minus $100.00 reservation deposit) will be refunded. If Landlord is able to rent the premises for the canceled reservation time, a full refund will be issued.

POSSESSION: If premises cannot be delivered to TENANT on the agreed date due to loss, total or partial destruction of the premises, or failure of previous TENANT to vacate, either party may terminate this agreement. It is acknowledged that either party shall have no liability to each other except that all sums paid to LANDLORD will be immediately refunded to TENANT. No reimbursement will be made based on weather and/or mandatory evacuation.
