Custom built raised beach house. Beautifully decorated in Beach theme and ready for your vacation getaway. Enjoy our large covered porch with table and seating to enjoy your meals outdoors, rocking chairs and flat screen TV great for relaxing and lounging on the upper level. Our TIKI BAR on lower level with bar seating, flat screen TV, covered swing and gas grill. Great for hanging out with the family. We also have FREE Wireless Internet Access!!!
Master and 2nd bedroom have queen beds, 3rd bedroom has bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. Clean Fresh Bed Linens included. House can sleep up to 6 comfortably.
Porcelain tile covers main living area with carpet in bedrooms. Shower/Tub combination in both bathrooms. Living room has large flat screen TV w/DVD player and extended cable. There are Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms.
Kitchen is equipped with all necessary cookware, a crockpot and small appliances to cook, if you wish. There is a water filtration system in the kitchen. A large stacked washer/dryer in the hallway closet. A gas grill for outdoor cooking on the lower level. We have an enclosed Outdoor shower with Rainfall shower head w/ hot & cold water, perfect for getting the sand off after going to the beach. There is parking for 2 cars under the house.
We include bed linens (sheets sets) for each bed. There are blankets in each closet for your use. Towels are not provided. You must bring your own bath soap,shampoo, Bath Towels, Kitchen Towels, Beach Towels, detergents, and paper products including paper towels and toilet paper.
All guests must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. As of 2023, the cost is $15.00 per day (parking fee not included in rental fee) and is payable directly to Ocean Lakes. You may request from us an Express Check-in form with your registration. All agreements must be signed and the security deposit must be paid in full to make a reservation for a desired week.
Sorry we DO NOT allow any pets in our home and NO SMOKING inside our home. You MUST be 28 years or older to rent this house. A copy of your driver's license is required as proof of age. The renter must remain during entire rental contract. Families Only! No House Parties!

Security Deposit of $500 required to make reservation. Rent balance due in full 60 days prior to stay. If payment is not received within 60 days your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Money order or certified checks only.
Non Smoking Only: NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If any smoking is found in our home there will be immediate termination and no refunds given. We have family members that are allergic to smoke.
Pets Not Allowed: Absolutely NO Pets. If any pets are found there will be immediate termination and no refunds.

Everything you could possibly need
my family of six just stayed here and it was fantastic. The home is as pictured, very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The deck and downstairs tiki bar are wonderful to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee, or evening dinners. I couldn't have asked for a nice place to spend our vacation. We have been coming to Ocean lakes for the past 11 years and look forward to our stay each time. I would definitely rent this home again. You can't go wrong here. Thank you Renee for opening your home for families to enjoy.

over the top
We have been staying in Ocean Lakes for the last 3 years with our baseball team, each year in a different house, this house was by far the best one that we have stayed in. Super clean and well decorated. Felt like home away from home. Renee was great to work with, we had to book with only 2 weeks notice. I would recommend this house to anyone that would like to stay in complete comfort. TV's on every level. It was great to come back from a walk in the morning and sit at the tiki bar and watch the news with out waking everyone.
