Named for its easygoing, welcoming vibe, Sweet Carolina is all about creating sun-soaked memories, whether lounging on the deck, walking your dog on the sand, or watching the sun dip below the horizon.
Our home has been newly renovated to offer even more ways to enjoy the beach! Take a dip in the brand-new 14x30 private pool with a tanning ledge. Need some shade? The pool cabana under the walkway provides a cool retreat after a swim with pool loungers to relax.
Step onto the large oceanfront back porch, where rocking chairs invite you to sit back, relax, and take in the breathtaking views. Enjoy meals at the picnic table, fire up the gas grill for a beachside cookout, and let your furry friends play safely in the enclosed fenced-in dog area. The new walkway to the dunes makes it even easier to reach the sand, so you can go from deck to beach in seconds.
Inside our home, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation:
Master Bedroom – Features a king-size bed and a TV for winding down after a day at the beach.
Two Guest Rooms – Each equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV for added convenience.
Bunk Room – Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a bunk bed and a full-size bed, along with a TV for entertainment.
The home has Jack and Jill bathrooms shared between two rooms, making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a beach day. Stay connected with high-speed internet, and enjoy movie nights in the family room with a large TV. Every TV in the house is equipped with ROKU for streaming, so you can watch your favorite shows with ease.
The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new dishes, pots, and pans, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
For a little extra fun, games and puzzles are included to keep the whole family entertained. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish tabs.

Our family has been vacationing at Holden Beach every year for the past 25 years. Holden is a very special place to us. We fell in love with this quaint, family-friendly beach town because of its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful shoreline, and lack of crowds or commercial development. Unlike busier beaches, Holden Beach offers a relaxing, laid-back vibe—the perfect place to unwind, make memories, and enjoy quality time together.
It’s this love for Holden Beach that inspired us to create a welcoming retreat for others to experience the same charm and serenity that keeps us coming back year after year. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have cherished our time here!

Policies
No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to sign a rental contract.
A copy of Drivers license is required when making reservations, valid email address, and phone number.
No house parties allowed
No grilling under the house or walkway is allowed; do not remove the grill from the designated location
No jumping or diving from the walkway into the pool.
The rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit of $500 is required at the signing of contract along with 50 percent of the rental fee.
The deposit will be fully refunded within 5 days as long as no damage has occurred.
Bed linens are included in the rental and will be delivered to the house for your use. Towels are NOT included. Please bring your own or they can be rented through Care Linen (www.carelinenservice.com) at 910-619-7190. Bed making is available for an additional fee of $10 for each bed through Care Linen.
We provide bath mats, dish towels, and cloths. We also provide a starter pack of dish tabs,1 roll of paper towels, hand soap for all sinks, toilet paper for each bathroom, and starter trash bags.
Home must be vacated by 10:00 AM SHARP on check-out day or guest will be subject to a late check-out fee up to twice the daily rental rate for any portion of day the tenant remains on/in the premises. This rent plus, any and all legal fees or other expenses resulting from this late check-out shall be paid by the tenant via Security Deposit. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced to have our home ready for your vacation.
Gas grill on premises; propane refills will be on an honor system.

The pool can be heated for an additional $350 a week up to 80 degrees and must be paid 1 week prior to arrival.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be received in writing or by email up to 90 days of rental for a full refund minus a $225 cancellation fee.
61-89 days or less of rental 50 percent will be refunded.
60 days or less 0 percent will be refunded.
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance which can be found online or through your insurance agent.

STORMS:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane residence of a vacationing guest Warning," area, we will refund:
I) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
II) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay,to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
III) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the
"Hurricane Warning" period.
