When it comes to amenities, we've got you covered, from linens & beach towels to beach chairs and accessories, we have everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. Our fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and waffle maker means you can whip up delicious meals and snacks whenever you want.
The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect space for gatherings, while outside, a large deck offers plenty of space for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
On the main level, there is one bedroom where guests will find 2 sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hall.
Also, from the main living area, there are stairs that lead to a loft bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and intercoastal waterways. It has a king-size bed, its own private en suite 3/4 bath, and a flat screen TV.
In the second story, you will find 2 coastal queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom with dual sinks. Also on this floor is the master bedroom equipped with a king bed and its own en suite bathroom with dual sinks. Last but not least, you will also find the washer and dryer on this level.
This unit is equipped with keyless entry, so closer to your arrival, you will receive the code to enter. No hassle to pick up the keys.
On the first floor, you will find an ample entry to store many of your beach belongings.
There is a large outdoor shower area towards the back of the house.
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday from May 1st - Mid September. During the off season, we can offer with more flexibility with the rental dates and have a 3 night minimum stay from October 1st - April 30th.

From the entry way, there are 16 stairs to the 1st floor which has the 3 main bedrooms. Then there are an additional 14 stairs to the main living floor. Then there are an additional 16 stairs to reach the loft area located on the 3rd floor.
If you have mobility issues, this is not the ideal rental for you. There is an outdoor camera system for added security.

All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
This is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon addressing this complaint to Airbnb and/or to us you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy

-Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $25 per 15 min of an unapproved late check out; If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge you for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.

- There is no security deposit required for this property
- Guests required to sign Rental Agreement.
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on the property or premises. This includes but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigar, pipe, vape, marijuana, etc... Smoking is a violation of our house rules. If you or any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. If you smoke on the premises, you will be charged a $50 violation of the house rule. It leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest.
- No parties of any kind.
- No unregistered guests.
- Quiet time is between 10:00pm-8:00am.
- No wet towels or clothing on the furniture please.
-Grill and propane tank available but gas is not included.
- All Doors MUST remain closed when using the AC or Heat and to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out of the house.
- Only flush toilet paper down the toilets, nothing else is permitted. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or condoms as it will clog the plumbing and you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
- Makeup/foundation, towels are provided and only to be used for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges. Do not use the towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel. Please use provided MAKEUP remover towel.
-Do not use towels to clean up messes.
- Use of fireworks or the discharge or firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges based on the cost to replace the item in question.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the house in, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.
NOTE: Violations (unregistered pets, smoking, illegal activities, etc.) the reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.

Incredible house in a great location
Searenity Now is an incredible house in a great location. The house has everything you need- comfortable beds, ample towels (including beach towels) an incredibly stocked kitchen, nice deck furniture, a plethora of games, great living room and kitchen seating and nice amenities for the pups. There are even beach chairs and a cart to get the whole crew to the beach. I can’t say enough about how great this house is!
Easy private access to the beach and walkable to town center and a beautiful sound side boardwalk to see the sunset.
We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful place to stay. It had beautiful views of the water, and had private access to the beach. We very much enjoyed the home, and we had a great stay. Super friendly neighborhood, and walkable to many areas. I’d recommend walking along the beach - it’s very nice!

The kitchen is perfect
friendly for families with kids, very close to the beautiful beach. the house is very well equipped to all that you can think about. The kitchen is perfect for large meals. everything in the house worked perfectly, including TVs, bathrooms, and games. Very clean, too! Highly recommended
