Prices as low as $165 per night double occupancy. Additional people (children are VIP’s) $25 PP nightly. Cleaning and taxes extra.

Bedrooms: (4) Master is huge with King Bed, water views, and French doors to porch, Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3 have Queen Beds, Guest bedroom 4 has bunk beds, queen lower, twin top. All bedrooms are spacious, all beds are comfortable memory foam.
Bathrooms: (2) Tub/Shower in both Baths, Master Bath has Laundry and walk in closet.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen has everything you want.

• Abandon Island Beaches – 45 minute paddle by kayak. Small beaches closer

Policies
Ask in advance. We want you to have a great vacation and value.
• Damage deposits discourage destructive people (you know who you are) from renting. In four years, I have never had to keep a damage deposit. Amen.
The “Damage Deposit” is often waived for repeat guests, or persons with excellent credit scores.
• New Guests can submit a check for the damage deposit. The check will not be cashed unless there is damage, and the check will be destroyed or returned per your request.
• OR we can charge your credit card. This charge will be released from your credit card when you depart. This policy is designed to create no financial hardship for our responsible guests. The separate un-cashed check is simplest.
• All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your vacation, for a refund. Sorry for this restriction, but most guests reserve many months in advance. Your vacation rental is reserved specifically for you and may only be transferred with the owners knowledge and written permission.
• Weather related cash refunds are per diem and only for government ordered evacuations of this property. This owner makes good faith efforts to time shift your vacation dates, or offer equivalent time and upgrades, acceptable to the guest, in the rare event of an evacuation order.
• A $200 “reservation fee” will be deducted from any refund.
• Half of the reservation cost is due when the reservation is made.
• Full payment due 30 days before check in. Reservations less than 90 days in advance are paid in full.
