Description
Large home perfect for an extended family or for 2 families! Only a 2 minute walk to private beach access. Featuring a front and back porch to relax on after a day on the beach and watch the sun set over the marsh. We have a private pool for you to enjoy, along with an outdoor closet full of beach chairs, pool toys, puddle jumpers, sand toys and a beach cart. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms featuring a king bed and private bath in each. The second floor is great for kids, with one room featuring 2 double beds and the other with bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Full modern kitchen, living, and dining areas on the first floor with an outdoor grill/picnic table are provided for your use. There is a first floor laundry as well. A pack and play, toddler mattress, and a high chair are provided for the little ones. We have stocked the home with puzzles, games, books and toys for all ages in case of rainy weather! About The Owner
We would love to host you at our beach home. We have called it "A Gift from Above" as it was a gift from my mom before she passed away. We have fallen in love with Holden Beach and truly feel like we have a sliver of paradise.
We have 4 kiddos and know how hard it is to travel with kids and all their stuff! You will find our home very kid friendly. Pack and play, toddler mattress, high chair, toys/books/puzzles/games for all ages.

We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Holden Beach! Christina had enough toys to keep our kids entertained during the stay, along with books and puzzles for everyone. House had a good layout and felt cozy. House is located within walking distance to the beach. Everything in the house worked properly. Pool was clean, there was also kids beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and surf boards. Christina was really responsive and offered to push back our stay due to a short tropical storm passing by. She was flexible with us and allowed us to just push it back a day. Overall our 2 night trip was wonderful!

Comfortable & homey
We really enjoyed our stay here! Christina was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere is very kid friendly, with lots of toys inside the house on both levels, pack n play, high chair, and kids utensils & plates in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking in, grill, and a super inviting atmosphere. The beach cart, chairs, sand toys, etc were also a perfect addition to making our stay totally hassle free. Easy walk to beach. It was my 2 year old & 5 month old’s first beach trip, and it couldn’t have gone more smooth! Very clean inside the home (& I am picky) as well! Comfortable & homey, we did not want to pack up & leave!!!! Can’t wait to come stay again!

Place was stunning!
Christina was extremely helpful and very kind! Her place was stunning! As soon as you go inside you are greeted by a complementary gift basket along with a beautiful modern living space that’s large enough for the entire family. The inside of the home was spotless and felt very welcoming. The home is equipped with clean and sanitized cooking appliances/utensils that meet the requirements for almost any dish. The pool is the perfect addition with exceptional privacy. While sitting on either one of the decks or even by the pool you can hear the waves crashing against the shores while being lulled by the comfort of a brisk breeze coming off of the nearby ocean. The ocean is less than a football field distance away from the property. The beaches are very clean and surrounded by serene natural features.
