WaterPointe II, The All Seasons Resort, provides the perfect amenities to enjoy the beach any time of the year. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, ocean-front outdoor pool, sun deck, exercise room, and direct beach front access make it the perfect vaction destination. It is located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with only 54 units in the entire building.
Wildcat Waves has been completely remodeled and updated with whole house laminate flooring, granite coutertops, new sliding doors for the best ocean views and walk in showers. The views of the ocean and beach from the private walk out balcony are spectacular in both directions.
The condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This is our personal vacation home and we look forward to sharing it with you!
No trailers, motorcycles or RV's are allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No house parties or events. No smoking or pets.

About The Owner
We live in the Upstate of SC and have been vacationing in this building for over 20 years. In 2019 we finally purchased our own slice of paradise and named it Wildcat Waves. We have been updating and remodeling for our family and now want to share it with you. In all of the years we have been coming to this area, we have never found another building that has all that Waterpointe II has to offer. Our favorite parts are the quiet, family-friendly beach that is directly in front of the building and the private balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. It is truly one of our favorite places on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The WaterPointe II All Seasons Resort is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It has quiet neighborhoods, tree-lined streets, and a beach that is quiet, relaxed, and family-oriented. We are close to many of the popular attractions in the area including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, and Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. There are plenty of activities to enjoy both on and off the beach!

Wildcat Waves has 3 bedrooms, each with their own TV; 2 King Bedrooms and 1 Bunk Room with 1 twin bunk and 1 single bed. There are 2 full baths with walk in showers as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. A private washing machine and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience.
We provide a closet on the private balcony stocked with chairs and toys for you to use while you are at the beach.
No food items of any kind are stocked in the condo or are to be left at departure.
Departure cleaning and linens will be included for each rental and include starter toilet paper and paper towels, starter bars of soap in each bathroom, starter dish soap and dishwasher pods. All linens including bath linens, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen towels are included.
There are 2 elevators in the building and 2 private parking lots. One of the parking lots is on the street side of the building, the other is directly across Ocean Blvd. Parking permits for up to 2 vehicles are included with each rental.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am
Security Deposit: Security deposit of $200 is refundable by method of payment after departure, if unit is reasonably clean and undamaged and keys/parking permits are all accounted for. Charges for lost keys, extra cleaning, etc., will be deducted from security deposit. Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
50% Refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check in.
No Refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check in.
60% of total amount is due at the time of booking.
Balance is due at least 30 days before check in.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, including lost keys, parking permits and extra cleaning.

Wildcat Waves
Our trip to Wildcat Waves was incredible. The condo was clean, modern and cozy with the cutest decor (the crab painting was our favorite). Directly on the ocean in North Myrtle was an awesome location for our whole family from small children to grandparents! The beach wasn't crowded and everyone in the condominium was very friendly. On site indoor and outdoor pool as well as a gym and deck. There was plenty to do around the area from shopping and swimming to alligator feeding and delicious sea food at Mr. Fish. The condo's bathroom and kitcken were well stocked with towels and dishes and we were able to do a few loads of laundry before heading home. Wifi and parking was included and our family couldn't have asked for a better trip! Thanks to Jen and Rob for being incredible hosts!
