With 5 balconies there are ample opportunities to soak in amazing views/sunshine. Dolphins are often spotted; how many will you see? Our spacious 1500 sq. ft townhouse covers it all with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (one of these full baths being an en suite to the master level).

We're a close knit military/extended family that loves Topsail Beach, and just want to share our little slice of paradise with you!
Our favorite is watching the dolphins play in the surf for hours, fishing, boating and just sitting on the beach soaking in the sun.
Once of the coolest experiences on the island is turtles nesting!

long weekend away
We really enjoyed our long weekend away! It is very close to the beach and the pool - which my kids loved. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and all of the fun games. Very easy to check-in and out and great communication with the host.

We would definitely stay here again.
This place has the best location on such a beautiful beach and a great pool with a little toddler shallow area. The host was very responsive, the place had everything we would need to cook meals there and have a hassle free vacation with small children and grandparents. We would definitely stay here again.

All around a great experience
Had a great time here! The view was great, and access to the beach was extremely convenient. Once we got to the beach, there was plenty of room and no “fighting for space” (even on days when we didn’t get down until lunchtime). The kitchen appliances were all in great condition which made preparing dinners at the condo very easy. All around a great experience and Hillary was a fantastic host!

Perfect
The location is perfect, with both a really nice pool and the beach steps away. The pool is great for young kids, too, because it has areas that are 2 and 3 ft deep where they can play. The beach access is just for residents of the condo units, so it’s not overly crowded. The unit itself was spacious, clean and good for large or multiple families. The decks and views are also great. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend others stay here as well.
