Sit back and relax at our recently built, inverted floor plan which provides views of the ocean and intracoastal marsh. Not only are we second row over looking a one story home, but we have no one behind us; extra privacy! The top floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1st master with en-suite bathroom(walk-in shower). The bottom floor has a sitting room with queen sleeper sofa and 3 bedrooms: The 2nd master with king bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), a bedroom with a queen bed and balcony, and a bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed. The queen and bunk rooms share a bathroom (tub/shower combo) located in the hallway. Also located in the hallway is a full size stack washer and dryer.
The house is hardwoods throughout with neutral nautical decor, giving it a clean uncluttered feel. The kitchen is stocked with family meals in mind. Don't forget to check out the beach themed cookbook for fun new cocktails and appetizers! The living room provides a basket of throw blankets washed between each guest, perfect for the cooler mornings or evenings on the decks.
Our house provides numerous decks and outdoor spaces each with a different goal in mind.
-The top back deck is equipped with rocking chairs and tables. Perfect for enjoying your coffee/cocktail watching the sunrise/set. Or grabbing an afternoon tan watching the boats on the intra-coastal.
-Below that is a screened in porch. Great for the escaping the rain or the buggy evenings and still enjoying the warm temps and views.
-The top front deck has an additional high-top dining table for extra mealtime seating. It also has 4 high top chairs and cocktail tables for relaxing and watching the ocean.
-The first-floor front deck also has ocean views and is equipped with a large porch swing for lounging or napping and 2 chairs.
-The lower under house space has a table and chairs for people to sit and watch their kids shoot hoops or swim. The pool deck will have loungers for tanning and access to the sand bar coming this spring. (described below)
So, if its swimming in the saltwater pool, lounging on the day bed swing listening to the waves, or sipping your coffee while rocking and watching the boats; we have you covered! We have a space perfect for everyone.
This rental is great for families - pool, games, puzzles and basketball hoop. The house is steps away from a public beach access. If you’re looking for a longer family walk we are just one mile from the island shop and ice cream store.
Spring plans include the addition of a sand bar next to the pool under the screened in porch. A fun place to enjoy building a sandcastle while the adults lounge in the hammock chairs sipping a beverage from the tiki bar.

Beach access:
Holden Beach beaches are public. The nearest strands are:
• 12 houses down to the left as you face the ocean.
• 19 houses down to the right as you face the ocean.
Linens, sheets, and towels:
Bed lines and towels are included in the weekly rental. Bed making does not apply to sleep sofas although sheets will be provided. Pac n play and Linens for pac-n-plays are provided. If you need linens and/or towels for more than a week, please contact us directly to make arrangements. Towels for the pool and beach are NOT INCLUDED. An extra blanket may be wanted during cooler months.
All mattresses and pillows have a protective covering.
Camera Usage Notice:
There are two cameras on the outside of the house. These monitor the pool and home entrances.
Parking:
The maximum number of vehicles allowed to park is 6.
Pool Heater is available for an additional charge. However, during the cooler months it might be impossible to maintain a desirable swimming temp.
Mr. Coffee maker in onsite. Tall filters are recommended and pre ground coffee.
The Island convenience store, gift shop and ice cream parlor are an easy 1 mile walk from our house!

Beautiful beach home!!
Deckadent Escape is an absolutely gorgeous beach home!! The design, layout and location of the house was perfect for our family vacation!! The attention to detail the owners put into making sure our vacation was enjoyable and stress free included a well stocked home that included everything we needed to be able relax and unwind during a week at the shore!! Our family enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool as well as spending time together on the multiple decks watching the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! Holden Beach and Deckadent Escape made for the perfect summer vacation for our family!!

Beautiful home, great location!
Gorgeous, super clean home with amazing outdoor spaces and family-friendly amenities! The pool (so nice!), screened-in porch, and upper deck are very private since the home backs up to the marsh, and the front porches were a favorite hangout spot to people watch with ocean breezes and sounds. Holden Beach is amazing, too - wide beaches, cute restaurants and ice cream shops, nice sidewalks up and down Ocean Blvd, a little park with basketball hoops, etc. Loved our stay in this beautiful home!
