Description
Our four bedroom, three bath home is located in a sound front community, and is just a five minute walk to the ocean. Island Park is a wonderful family friendly sound front neighborhood on the west end of Ocean Isle, with two swimming pools and community docks overlooking Jinx Creek. Turtle Key is located on a lagoon, perfect for turtle watching and fishing.
Turtle Key is very well maintained and updated. Three bedrooms have queen beds, and one has twins, allowing for 8 people. There are three bathrooms, two upstairs with showers for each bedroom, and a large shared bathroom with a tub on the first level. The kitchen has been recently updated, and is well equipped! The dining table seats six, with barstools providing extra seating at the kitchen counter.
Enjoy the outside on our front deck, the large back deck with a table and umbrella and four rocking chairs, or the downstairs deck on the lagoon, with a hammock, picnic table, and four Adirondack chairs under the lights. There is also a large outdoor shower to rinse the sand off!
We provide a cart to bring your essentials to the sand. There is a gas grill provided as well.
We do not provide linens, but can recommend a rental.
We also have rental recommendations for bicycles, golf carts, beach chairs and umbrellas, and more.

About The Owner
We have owned our Island Park Home since 2003, and are longtime Ocean Isle Beach lovers! John's family has been coming here since 1963! We enjoy sharing our home each summer with our renters, most of which have been coming year after year for a long time. We take great care of our home, and our renters do too!
