We'd love for you to consider our beach house as the perfect choice for a family vacation, with 6 BEDROOMS, 4.5 BATHS, ELEVATOR, POOL, HOT TUB, and spacious enough for 15. Enjoy your coffee and see the ocean from any of our three ocean facing decks (two of them privately attached to King, Master BR Suites). Or take in the sunset from one of the three sound view decks.
Watch the kids play on the PRIVATE ACCESS BEACH, just a quick 90 steps away from the front door. Or splash in the oceanfront community POOL, reserved just for Villas residents and tenants.
When you arrive, our parking easily fits 6 cars, with two inside a large garage - still leaving plenty of room to store beach/pool gear. Use our 4-floors ELEVATOR to effortlessly unload your luggage and groceries and settle into one of the 6 bedrooms.

- This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Events are not permitted on the property.
- Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles. No additional parking in the Villas development is provided.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We do not provide these amenities for your entire stay.

Our family of 4 bought our beach home in the summer of 2020, fulfilling a life-long wish to have our own place to enjoy the surf and sun. We've created wonderful memories here already and would bring us joy if we could offer the same to other families, looking to hit "pause" for a while and just enjoy being together, soaking in the sunshine and the waves.

We loved this home as soon as we walked in. It's spacious and modern, in an intimate community that offered private beach access and a wonderful pool. Plenty of parking, no busy streets to cross. The hot tub and the elevator were such wonderful and practical touches!

Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the near-by fishing pier, or the restaurant at Villa Capriani. A 10-minute walk takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' 2008-2009. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north).

A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less a cancellation fee (up to 15% of the gross rental amount), less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium
Failure to cancel in writing may result in charging the final payment to the Tenant's credit card.
If the Property is not re-rented, Tenant will not be entitled to reimbursement for any advance rent payment. The Owner will not be responsible for reimbursing for any fees that have already been paid out or are due a third party. The Tenant must seek reimbursement directly from the third party. The Tenant is responsible to verify that the cancellation notification has been received by the Owner.

Family Vacation
Great week in North Topsail! Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Nice to have pool access for the kids. Close to bridge to access grocery store and 15/20 minute drive to surf city for surfing lessons and paddle boarding!! The house was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and pantry was a great space saver:) We also enjoyed all the porches, especially the ones with the ocean view!!

Great family vacation
This was our first blended family vacation. The house was wonderful and gave us a great week on the beach with dinners around the large dining room table for great conversation.

We enjoyed it!
We are a party of 12 (six adults, six kids). The house was more than adequate for our needs. It is exactly as shown in the listing. It felt spacious and comfortable.
We especially liked:
1. The big walk-in pantry in the kitchen
2. The big dining room table with 10 chairs
3. Bob the property manager. He answered the phone every time we needed him which was great.
4. Community pool. Clean and never very crowded during our mid-June stay.
