This inviting oceanfront townhome with panoramic Atlantic ocean views offers seclusion and solitude from life's stresses. Keep your allergies away while you vacation this summer, as the entire house, including bedrooms and stairs are lined with allergy friendly luxury vinyl planks.
Listen to your favorite music in the beautiful Great Room through the wireless Bluetooth tower speaker. Have a hard time choosing your room. All 5 bedrooms are bright and breezy with thick, comfortable mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep.
All the closets have non-slip velvet hangers, shoe rack, laundry bag and a sturdy, solid wood luggage rack. His and Hers USB ports on each nightstand, ensure plenty of options to charge your phone at night. Dressers have vanity trays and make-up organizers, while the generously deep drawers are all lined with EZ liner to protect your clothing.
There are 4.5 well equipped baths, each with magnifying makeup mirror and hairdryer.
Modern kitchen to create savory seaside meals, well-stocked to please any gourmet cook. Calphalon Contemporary pots, frying pans, griddle. Beach pantry with quality complementary spices and barbecue rubs to create memorable family dinners, that can be enjoyed together at the huge rustic dining table for twelve.

Game room complete with a Foosball table, magnetic dartboard, indoor Horse Shoes, assorted board games for children in the kids room armoire for rainy days, Two oceanfront deck areas as well as two streetside deck areas.
Private oceanside deck offers a hot tub to sit, simmer, sip and melt your stress away. A shared walkway to the beach puts you right on the soft, powdery sand! The house provides beach chairs with carrying cases. Galvanized metal tub is provided to keep your drinks ice cold.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
There is a seven (7) night minimum for all stays. All rental periods are Saturday to Saturday.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

The location is about two miles south the high-rise bridge from Sneads Ferry. Restaurants and shops are about 3.5 miles down the island in Surf City.
A 5-minute drive takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' 2008-2009. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north).

Policies
Tenant/Guest Obligations - In accordance with the NCVRA, the Tenant is to:
1. Keep the Property, common areas, and appurtenant areas clean, safe, and sanitary;
2. Dispose of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and safe manner;
3. Keep all plumbing fixtures clean,
4. Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the Property or render inoperable the smoke detectors;
5. Be responsible for all damage, defacement, or removal of any property inside the Property that is in his or her exclusive control;
6. Immediately notify the Owner in the event repairs or replacement of smoke detector are needed;
7. Additionally, the Tenant agrees to: (i) leave the Property in the same or better condition as when tenancy began except for normal wear and tear, (ii) be financially responsible for unwarranted or unneeded service calls and service calls caused by Tenants misuse of the Property, (iii) report any and all problems to the Owner immediately (within 24 hours or prior to departure), (iv) not to allow any member of their party to walk on, play on, or in any way disrupt the sand dunes of Topsail Island, (each town has a fine for this action), (v) not to enter Owner's private storage spaces, (vi) to abide by occupancy limits of the Property at all times.
8. The Tenant will be the sole contact person in regards to this Agreement and the tenancy. Such Tenant is responsible for the adherence of all other occupants, visitors, or guests of the Tenant to this Agreement.
9. Tenant will be held liable for extra cleaning charges and for damages involved in Smoking inside the Property.
10. Refrain from taking glass containers onto the beach areas.
11. Comply with any and all other instructions, regulations, or guidelines communicated by the Owner as well as all local ordinances.
This home may also be available for monthly stays during October to April. Inquire for details.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less any Travel Insurance Premium
If the Property is not re-rented, Tenant will not be entitled to reimbursement for any advance rent payment. The Owner will not be responsible for reimbursing for any fees that have already been paid out or are due a third party. The Tenant must seek reimbursement directly from the third party. The Tenant is responsible to verify that the cancellation notification has been received by the Owner.

Nice beach vacation rental
We had a good time. The house was clean and well appointed. Would have liked to have had deck furniture on roadside bedrooms. And it would have been nice to have been able to move the existing deck furniture (oceanside) - it was tethered down.

Loved this summer beach rental!! Everything matched what was advertised. Worked well for our family
The inside as beautiful. The kitchen had all you could think of. The multiple levels had stairs but with all the good food we ate, it was much needed!! Loved the quiet end of the beach and would definitely rent again. Thanks to the owners and property manager!!!

Family Fun
I would stay here again and again. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for 11 people. It was the perfect beach location. We saw many dolphin. I’d highly recommend.
