Let 'Just Beach Inn' be your magical Beach getaway! It is so serene here, come relax and enjoy our quiet home on beautiful Oak Island. The home is centrally located, walking distance to stores and restaurants.
We invite you to come explore. On 46th Street is Oak Island new free splash pad then 1 block over on 47th St. is a park for kids! Take a right out of our driveway at the end of our street and then left is a Butterfly park and the inter coastal waterway where there is a gazebo to have a lunch & fish off the pier. At the end of our Street to the left or the right are all the amenities you could ask for and 2 more blocks to the right is the wonderful Oak Island Beach!
Our Beach House is in a quite neighborhood, with an outside area to relax that features an outside grilling area as well as an outside shower. We have provided all you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you take a walk, ride our rented bikes or opt to rent our covered 4 Seated Golf Cart the beach is just a few short blocks away. We do allow dogs that are house trained and pre-approved only.
Recently remodeled, you'll marvel at the splendor that is this quiet little home. The living room features a 55" TV with surround sound and an electric fire place that also warms you.
We have provided some movies for your evening enjoyment, a must see is 'Safe Haven', which was filmed in the SOUTHPORT area, just off Oak Island.
We offer a full kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms for your convenience. Our dining room has 6 chairs so you can enjoy meals or play games at the open concept area. This opens up to our living room so you can enjoy the fireplace, TV, music or whatever you wish.
The master room features a queen bed and full length mirror to prepare for your night out on the town.
The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a trundle bed that can be used as 2 singles or popped into a queen bed.
There is an outside shower to wash away any sand you may have gotten from your beach adventure.

About The Owner
Patrick and I had always dreamed of a vacation beach house, we never really thought it would ever become a reality! We were going to buy property to rent out and then it hit us like a ton of bricks. We decided how about if we get a place close to the beach where we our family and friends could come stay and see us at the same time? Then we began the very tough journey of finding the perfect place.
Well we found the Location, Location, Location, wow were we lucky someone was watching over us! So then the hard work and fun began at making this a Comfy, Cozy Beach house that made people want to stay here. Then came the perfect name JUST BEACH INN.

We are just off the main road east Oak Island Drive. You will turn on the road that has the ABC Liquor sign on it and we are 1 1/2 blocks down on the right hand side. There is so many places to eat around us, we also have a few bars as well. We have a doughnut shop down the street and in the other direction we have a Dairy Queen and Food Lion grocery store. We have provided a folder that contains many restaurants in our area. We have also provided pamphlets for things to do close by. Its only 10 minutes down the road to visit SOUTHPORT which is a must see.Visit our brand new kids splash pad water park on 46th st stop, you must stop by and check it out.We have dog parks and kids parks at various locations near us. Shopping is just down the street you can walk to anything your heart desires.

What more could you want in a house?
What more could you want in a house? Rose and Pat did a great job on the remodel of the house. Everything you could possibly need is in this house. It’s about four blocks away from the beach (within walking distance or take the four person golf cart with a cooler). We enjoyed being able to sit at the table to play games or be outside with drinks. The restaurants on the island are fantastic. If you are looking for a great beach house and laid back island vacation this is a must.

From sunrise to sunset our stay was the best beach vacation we have taken.
Our stay on Oak Island was absolutely wonderful. It is in a great area with a park with two docks for fishing just a few blocks away and in the other direction is the beach.
When you walk in the door you are greeted with such a peaceful ambiance that makes you feel you are right on the beach.
The kitchen has everything you need should you to choose to cook with many extras provided.
There are also so many restaurants to choose from, whatever you are craving you will find it. Don’t miss having a meal at the Fish House.
There is a starter of necessaries like paper towel, toilet tissue etc. When you run out it is just a quick trip to the grocery.
You will find chairs and beach items for your use and a very nice outside shower for your return from the beach.
The owners are readily available if you have any questions. They have gone over and above to provide you with all that will make your stay a lasting memory.
