We are offering a brand new 2019 Golf cart with each rental booked after March 30. Come be our guest at our three bedroom, three bath oceanfront Wild Dunes Townhouse, located in the desirable Beach Club Villas. While staying at Wild Dunes Resort with all of it's family friendly experiences is delightful in and of itself - the main attraction of this lovely property is oceanfront, oceanfront, oceanfront!
From the moment you open the front door of this small piece of paradise, you see the beach and ocean stretched out in front of you. Pause, take a deep breath, and start to relax...
Let me walk you through the door. As soon as you enter, you will see the kitchen off to the right, a staircase leading upstairs on the left, and a short hallway with a fabulous view to the combined living and dining area, with a wall of sliding doors to the screened in porch and the dunes, beach, and ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. My bet is even with groceries and suitcases in hand, you will not be able to resist the sirens pull of the ocean. You head straight for the screened door throwing the door open for your first breath of ocean air and inhale
Ok - Back to earth. The screened porch is perfectly set for both relaxing and dining. One side of this small piece of heaven is the seating area - Brand new deep seating furniture purchased in March 2019. Perfect for both morning coffee (if you don't use the upstairs open air deck but we'll get to that later) and evening cocktails with friends and family. On the other side is a lovely iron dining table for four.
Walking back into the townhouse will lead you to the spacious open living/dining area, with large comfy sectional, huge TV, and a dining table for eight. At this point I need to mention that we certain provide Wifi for those guest that just cannot seem to really disconnect.
As with all of our other properties, the galley style kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain family and friends. From picnics on the beach to family dinners - this kitchen has everything you will need.
The spacious downstairs master bedroom, while not oceanfront, boasts a queen sized bed, luxury linens, down pillows, and 350 thread count sheeting. This room also offers a large wall mounted TV. There is an attached bathroom that can either be private, or shut off from the rest of the living area. This room would be perfect for that guest that really doesn't need the extra burden of going upstairs when it's time for a nap.
Taking the stairs to the second level takes us straight to the large master suite. The beautiful upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed with luxurious 350 thread count cotton sateen sheets and fluffy down pillows. You can enjoy the crashing waves from your bedroom or just kick back and watch your favorite television show (or movie)on our wall mounted 52" TV. Enjoy your morning coffee from the adjoining private oceanfront deck while reclining on the teak sunbeds - or use it as private get away to curl up with your favorite "Beach Read"
The second upstairs bedroom, with its own bath has room for three with one bunk bed and one single twin bed, also with 350 thread count sheets. This room was made for kids, so we have put in a 32" LCD TV, but only have it hooked up for DVD and VHS. Bring your Firestick or whatever else (hard to keep up with everything out there) you use to access your kid friendly stations (or if older kids, your Netflix, Amazon, or Pandora) You won't have to worry about little ones watching things they shouldn't because we have not run the cable to this TV, making it very "parent friendly".
That''s it for the fabulous townhouse with the exception of just a couple of other offerings. I need to mention that Beach Club Villas also offers a private (only for BCV guests)oceanfront pool. Great for jumping into on your way back from the beach to get all that salt water off! In this particular BCV, it's right next to your screen porch so you really have to walk past it to even get back home.

About The Owner
While Beth Keetch handles all of the inquiries and bookings for the lovely townhouse, the owner, Russ, lives on Daniel Island - right here in the Charleston area. After many years in the Atlanta area and owning family beach houses in the South Carolina low-country all of his life, Russ was finally able to retire to the Charleston area. He and his wife, Val prefer to let Beth handle all of the ins and outs of running a smooth vacation rental so they are free to spend all the time nessessary to keep up with 2 atheletic boys. She knows she can always text him - even when he's on the water hunting for those allusive Mai -Mai.

Perfect Beach Retreat
There are so many terrific qualities to tell you about this townhouse, but my family's favorite was most definitely listening to the waves from the porch, den, and master bedroom. This is the perfect beach retreat in a terrific Wild Dunes location! It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and steps to the beach. You can see the waves crash from the den, which makes it perfect for summer or winter fun. We visited on what turned out to be a cold January weekend, but that didn't spoil our fun. We enjoyed watching and hearing the waves from the townhouse while playing family games together. The owners thought of everything, and we had all the comforts of home at our fingertips. This townhouse truly felt like home for us. We hope to visit again soon!
