Adorable 4 bedroom, 4 bath Grand Pavilion home. It is just a short walk from the front door of this “home away from home” to the water’s edge. Let’s not forget that this house offers full access to the Grand Pavilion area, which is the true “heart and soul” of Wild Dunes Resort. This includes the 2 oceanfront pools at the Grand Pavilion.
This adorable home features an open floor plan with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of dishes/cookware. The dining area has a table for 8 and 2 counter stools – not to mention several different dining options out on both the screened porch and the large open-air deck. There is a large TV over the fireplace, a TV in each bedroom, and high speed wifi access. Along with the living, dining and kitchen, the first floor also has a master bedroom with attached bath (just in case you have someone that would be better served by having a downstairs bedroom) For the larger group that needs that extra bit of sleeping space, the living area has a pull out queen sleeper sofa.
Taking the stairs to the upper floor will lead you to the rest of the bedrooms. A large master suite with a king bed also offers a private open-air deck (perfect for some solitude to watch the world wake up while sipping on that first cup of coffee – or possibly secreting yourself away from everyone to delve into that great “beach read” book you’ve been reading) The master suite, of course, offers a private bath with large garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second upstairs guestroom has a queen bed and private bath, and the third bedroom (perfect for kiddies!) has two bunk beds (twins over twins) and again, its own private bath
All beds come complete with luxurious 300 count sateen sheets. We also offer (and I feel like we should shout this to the rooftops) 2 pillows per person, per bed. All of our pillows are down-filled to be extra comfy. We also offer plenty of bath towels but do ask that you bring your own beach towels (sorry! These are the only things that tend to “walk away”!)
Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages.
Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, strolling or biking along winding nature trails, enjoying the family friendly activities offered each night during the summer at the pavilion or village green, or just “chillin out”, there is something for everyone! You will enjoy calling this adorable beach house your own during your relaxing vacation to South Carolina’s Low Country. We look forward to hearing from you!

While Beth Keetch handles all inquiries and bookings for the owners, Kim and Matt live in Charlotte with their darling children (one boy and one girl). This is very much a home away from home for this young family and the thoughtfulness of the furnishing and decor certainly reflect this.

We had a group of 8 Ladies stay at this house. Plenty of bedrooms and having 4 full baths was a plus. We loved how it was decorated. Very Clean. We would like to stay here again next year.

This house has the cutest pictures and is in a prime location! Just a short walk to the beach. Only a few steps away. However, the owners should have disclosed that one eye on the stove did not work. Instead they pretended that it was never reported. The decorations ( throw pillows, etc) need to be updated badly as they are quite dirty. There was also a pretty nasty bug problem that needs attention immediately. It's not a new problem because after checking in, I read reviews from 2016 and they mentioned the bugs as well. My fault for missing those reviews before booking. THAT won't happen again. Before we could unpack, we had to sweep up dead roaches on the floors in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and tubs. I was hoping that there were no living ones since these were all dead. But, unfortunately the live bugs showed up a little later. And they kept coming! The owners never responded to my texts and emails, but the conttact that they left in charge assured me tthat someone would contact me regarding compensation. That hasn't happened either. The Wi-Fi keeps going out constantly and the master bedroom cable doesnt work. The signal is poor in that room. So no tv there. Would have been nice to be informed of that ahead of time as well. Or just take the tv out of that room or provide another means such as streaming. I absolutely loved Wild Dunes Resort due to wonderful experiences that I've had in the past. But this experience has left me disappointed that these standards are allowed there.

Our family visited from Asheville NC to attend the Reindeer Run, our stay was a memory we will never forget. The house cozy and made you feel right at home. My Grandson's loved the bunk room. We visit Wild Dunes 4-5 times a year and this home is at the top of the list!!!
I am somewhat disappointed in Wild Dunes...we have always had Christmas activities and the Pavilion has been decorated for Christmas. I am sad to hear the new pool will be closed for 2 years while construction is going on. ??? becoming less bang for your buck.

House was in a great location and just steps from the pool and beach. Renter was quick to respond and worked with us when a hurricane came during our original scheduled stay.
