My family and I spent the week of June 23-30, 2019 at this beautiful home. Danette is such a wonderful person to deal with and has done such a wonderful job with all the upgraded amentities in her rental home. It is a very short walk to the beach and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck. Everything was immaculate and we felt right at home. The location is great with many activities and excellent restaurants nearby! I definitely reccommend this property and we will be returning next summer ourselves.

The mid July rental was a real pleasure. The cottage maintenance was excellent, unit was spotless, and the layout worked well for 5 adults, one teenager. The large kitchen is open to the great room and the wrap around deck marking this a very enjoyable area to talk, read, play cards and enjoy the views. The large windows on the east side gave wonderful views of the dunes. Time on the beach each day was a real pleasure and the under the house shower was a great way to clean up before entering the cottage. Parking was quite good for our two SUVs.

Loved the cottage. It was nice, clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the dunes and the beach was beautiful and wide. We even got to see July4th fireworks at the Avon pier. Bonfire by the beach was also an added delight for everyone especially for the kids who went on ghost-crab hunting adventure. ... Our stay would have been perfect and I would have given it 5 stars if not for the mosquitoes.
