Beautiful south end home located on beach access 39. Easy, across the street walk to the beach or sound. Enjoy fabulous views of the sound from both floors as you eat or relax in one of two living areas. First floor has open living/kitchen area, laundry room, 1/2 bath, and master suite with large walk-in custom shower.
Second floor has a second master suite also with custom walk-in shower, 2 additional bedrooms, 2 additional full baths and second living area, again with great views of sail boats in the sound. Sound view decks on first and second floors offer opportunities to relax in rocking chairs on the first floor or on a sofa/rockers on the second floor while taking in the sights and sounds of Banks Channel. A spiral staircase on the second deck leads to a third level with breathtaking panoramic views of the sound and ocean. Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic or sunset over the sound. On cool days, take in the the sun from the third floor lounge chairs. At night, enjoy relaxing under the stars.
The ground level has the convenience of an outdoor shower, ping-pong table, hammock for a cool afternoon nap and ample yard area for horseshoes or basketball. We supply beach chairs, sand toys and bicycles. Located on a dead end street. Turn left from the front door and you're 50 yards from direct access to the sound. Turn right and you're 100 yards from the beach...can't beat the location!
Easy 2 block walk to local surf shop and lunch or dinner at the Oceanic restaurant. 1 owner home built in 2006. Beds include 4 queens, 2 singles.

We do not provide linens. Linen rental available from Seaside Linens. They deliver and pick up for a very reasonable rate. They know the sizes of the beds and number of towels needed etc.

About The Owner
We are two families who co-own this home, as our vacation home. We built it originally with families in mind. We only rent a few weeks out of the year and so it really feels like "home". Most of our renters repeat year after year, and they tell us that it feels like their home too. We update the amenities often (paint, carpet, furniture etc.) to ensure that it stays comfortable and fresh.

Perfect
Our two families stayed here in June. The house was perfect with its well stocked kitchen, its light and airy spaciousness, two living areas, one of which our teens gravitated to to play their computer games in the evenings and one we adults used for talk and jigsaw puzzles. The porches were fabulous. And so was the location. Situated between the Sound and the Ocean, we enjoyed both: surfing, shelling, and bird watching at the southern end Oceanside and kayaking and paddleboarding on the Sound side. It was a memorable vacation - one we hope to return to many times.

We Love This Rental!
We are just heading to Wrightsville Beach and to our 5th year of renting this beach house. Everything about this house has been perfect for us. The open floor plan creates a comfortable living space for a large group. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The main floor has a master suite as does the 2nd floor. One house back from the beach lets us go back and forth easily, we love starting our day with coffee on the beach. The house is beautifully maintained, and the owners are lovely people who really care about their renters. This house is a great choice for a small group of adults, as well as large families..

Home away from home! Fabulous place has everything you need, beach chairs, beach toys surf board and so much more!! Great decks with plenty of setting, top deck great to see the sound and ocean, enjoyed our morning cups of coffee watching the sun rise, and events watching the sun set! Beach is right there just a short walk and great beach! Home is beautiful spacious decorated beautifully, looking forward to staying here when you have our next family. vacation

Fabulous beach home
This was an excellent place to rent! My family had a fabulous time and we were so happy with the accommodations. We had family ages 5-80 and everyone felt right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean well stocked house. They have decorated nicely and kept everything in great shape!! We will definitely be renting again the next time we come back to wrightsville beach!!

Another Perfect Week
My large family rents this home every year in July and just returned from another perfect week! We love this side of Wrightsville Beach and this home is perfectly situated between the ocean and the sound with access to enjoy both. This home provides several comfortable spots for a large family to spread out. Every bedroom is ample in size and all beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation as is the supply closet of beach supplies. The photos below are accurate. The owners are fantastic to work with and their care of their home shows. It is our "go to" home on Wrightsville Beach! Already planning for next year.
