Brightly painted with colorful walls and a friendly crab sculpture will greet you. A nautical theme is carried throughout via white, yellow, and paintings of boats. The kitchen is full of light with a red tiled floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, white cabinets and wall tiles, a large skylight and 2 types of coffee makers. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and nautical themed chair. The dining area with beautiful wooden table looks out over the ponds and oaks. Renovated in December 2017 includes wood flooring and new bedroom set. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, private bath and walk in closet. There is a 2nd full guest bath next to laundry room. Outside, a large private shaded wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds, oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting. Closets are plentiful with a walk in, and secondary in the master bedroom , linen closets in master bath and hallway. The villa also has a full size washer and dryer.
Centrally located to the amenities of the Shipyard Planation, you will be within walking distance to the beach, community pool, and world renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. However, you will be removed enough to enjoy sitting on the shady deck for coffee or reading without hearing any of the commotion.
If golf is your game, the Shipyard Planation golf course is part of the Heritage Collection which boasts 7 courses at 4 clubs. 3-nine hole courses are located within 1 mile of the condo. Mix and match 2 of the 3 to make your 18 holes different each time you play. The Heritage group offers packages that include rounds at Palmetto Hall, Oyster Reef and Port Royal as well as Shipyard. Or you can enjoy any of the 24 courses on the island.
This gated community has a paved bike and jogging trail throughout the 800 acres. Fishing is permitted in the ponds and lagoons with attention to the local wildlife.
We fell in love with Hilton Head Island our first time there and could not wait to go back. Coming from the hustle bustle of New York, this is the perfect place for us to relax and just enjoy being together as a family. We wanted a place that we could go year after year with our family and hopefully someday settle down. This is the perfect place.

Hilton Head Airport is the closest but most prefer Savannah international Airport located about 45 minutes away. Charleston is about 2 hours away and a great day trip. Savannah is close enough for a night out on the town or visiting the historical locations and ghost tours. Supermarkets are just outside the entrances for the family that enjoys having meals at home.

Hilton Head Island is an extremely popular place for families to spend their leisure time because of the weather, the golf, tennis, beaches, inland waterways that permit kayaking and dolphin sighting cruises. Our villa has a great deck and provides privacy and direct communing with nature. It is a very quiet villa where you are far enough away from the pool and the Van Der Meer Tennis center to avoid the sounds yet close enough to walk to both.
As off-island owners we provide a property management team that will provide all the info you will need to have a wonderful stay. Prior to your trip you will be given access passes at the gates and security codes fro the door to your vacation. Simply enter the code into your phone and you will have access without the worry of losing keys.
