Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #240 is a renovated - True Direct Oceanfront - Private End Unit Condo/Villa with the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer! Being an End Unit you have added privacy and a side window in the livingroom which has a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, including a pond and fountain. There are only three condos in the entire complex with this view! Breakers #240 is an ideal second floor condo, not too far up yet not too low that plantings obstruct you view. You have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really cannot get any closer, it is like being on the beach without leaving the villa! You can watch all the activity at the beach, while relaxing in the condo. You can actually call your family in off the beach from your own private balcony!!
We also own Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221 which has a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and pool. You will get to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. Breakers #221 is a renovated corner unit condo/villa and is also located on the ideal second floor, being a corner unit there is a side window in the livingroom. If you have a child and they are old enough they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa. You can call them in from the pool from your own private balcony, so convenient.
If you are looking for a clean, well maintained place to spend your vacation on Hilton Head Island look no further. The living rooms in both condos are comfortably furnished with a loveseat, queen sofa sleeper, 40" Sony TV and DVD player. The Bedrooms in both condos have a queen size bed a 32" Sony TV and DVD player.
We live on Hilton Head Island in North Forest Beach 'our favorite area' so we are able to make sure our condos are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both units prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update Breakers #240 and #221 regularly. (The majority of our guest are repeat renters.) If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away!!

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers offers an oceanfront pool and a toddler pool, surrounded by a large sun deck, The sun deck is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, The pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over, There is also a boardwalk for easy access to the beach, There are beautiful bike paths right out your door, Close by there is Golf, dinner Cruises, dolphin cruises etc.
During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at 'Coligny Plaza' there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.

This unit is an oceanfront end unit which offers a side window which brings in natural light making the unit feel more spacious. The unit is very well equipped. It is truly oceanfront. The owners live nearby and provide great communication. It is obvious that they take pride in keeping the place nice for guests. Breakers is in a nice location within easy walking distance to most everything you'd want (grocery store, restaurants, shops, bike rentals), a great location for first time visitors like us. My husband and I rented Breakers 240 and would highly recommend this rental, you won't be disappointed! It is spotless clean, tastefully decorated and nicely updated....we couldn't be more pleased. The view is breathtaking, the ocean is right out the patio door. We loved that it is an end unit...having the side window in the living room is really nice. The location is fantastic, we loved being able to walk to restaurants in the evening and having a grocery store right across the street is great also. Thank you Rick and Vickie..we will definitely be back.

Being on the beach, and yet just across the street from a shopping center, made this a perfect location for my wife and me. The unit is on the small side, but very comfortable. The owners maintain it quite well and it is always clean and fresh on our arrival. We found the owners to be very cordial and helpful as we made our initial trip and each one thereafter. We hope to make this an annual trip ....and this will be the first unit we seek each time
