Children Friendly, TV/DVD in the children's room and living room, Smoke Free Home, Gas Grill on Back Kitchen Entry Deck, Charcoal grill in parking area under house, Lockable Outside shower + Hot and Cold Water with bench and clothing hooks - remove sand & suntan lotion before coming in the house. For families with small children, we have a full -size crib, rocking chair, highchair, baby bathtub, playpen, removable safety gate inside and non-removable safety gate at top of deck steps.
Excellent floor plan for privacy if two families share the rent - three separate private sleeping areas. Master bedroom on both the main level and upper level. A bathroom, hallway and laundry area separates the upstairs master bedroom from the other two bedrooms upstairs that are on a private hallway and share a bath.
We are located at the intersection of US 544 and S. Kings Hwy. (US 17 Business), Myrtle Beach, SC.

SC Licensed Real Estate Agent. Owned this house since 2004. Owner earlier house in Ocean Lakes from 1984-1989 when it got moved 30 feet during Hurricane Hugo! You can never put a price on all the fun we've had at Ocean Lakes since 1984!!!
I started bringing my daughter to Ocean Lakes in 1983 when she was 5 years old. She has never wanted to go anywhere else and now brings her husband and three children whenever she can to make new vacation memories!

NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
OCEAN LAKES CHARGES $10 PER DAY PER VEHICLE RESORT ENTRY FEE. IT HELPS PROVIDE SEVERAL SECURITY GUARDS WHO ARE ON DUTY THROUGHOUT THE RESORT 24 HOURS PER DAY. IT IS NOT PART OF OUR RENTAL FEE FOR THE HOUSE.
House has high-speed wireless internet available. Underneath the oceanfront observation area is a place for skateboarding. Bring skateboards and scooters or rent them from the recreation building. DVD player in living room and one upstairs bedroom.

Policies
We have plenty of pillows with washable zip off covers, mattress pads, blankets, and comforters. Living room has sleeper sofa, LazyBoy Loveseat, and two LazyBoy Recliners. Flat screen TV's in living room and three bedrooms with two portable DVD players (one downstairs and one upstairs).
Beach volleyball games, horseshoes, skateboard ramps/rails, shuffleboard, basketball and volleyball games open to anyone.
Heated indoor pool for winter swimming and outdoor pools + kiddie pools with lifeguards, water slides and LAZY RIVER, on-site golf carts, bicycles, shuffleboard, large game arcade with snack bar poolside and miniature golf course, 8 freshwater lakes for fishing and with lots of birds, swans, duck, etc. to feed, numerous putt-putt courses, cinemas, go-cart tracks and other similar attractions, Both Myrtle Beach Waves water parks!
Downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, Murells Inlets fresh seafood restaurants! Deep sea fishing from Murrells Inlet, 1/2 and full-day trips as well as small boat rental and para-sailing. Countless other restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, NEW Hard Rock Amusement Park (similar to 6 Flags and Carowinds), Barefoot Landing, Lots of outlet stores including, Corning, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and about 40 others, Numerous 18 hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive, And so much more...
6% SC sales tax plus 6% Horry County and hospitality tax is charged. Ocean Lakes charges $10 per day per vehicle entry fee to help pay for 24/7 security personnel. This is separate from your rental of the house.
Ocean Lakes is NOT a suitable place for graduation parties of unrelated high school grads and spring-breakers. Typical behavior for these types of groups will not be tolerated by security personnel and people will be escorted off the premises without any refunds. SC minimum drinking age is 21 and no public display of alcohol consumption is permitted.
Ocean Lakes has been a favorite of people who want a beach wedding and/or a beach honeymoon.
Highly suitable for monthly rental in winter for Snowbirds (Canadians and people who live in the cold north of our country). Rates are great and sometime we have very warm winters.

We visited myrtle beach august 2017, and had a wonderful time in the
beach house. We had a total of 9 in our party, with one being a 2
year old... The house was large and had plenty of room... the kitchen
was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.... had one
bedroom on the first level with adjoining bathroom to the living
room.. large living room, with balcony that we enjoyed breakfast
on...clean and decorated with beautiful beach theme..and was clean.... upstairs had 3 bedrooms, one had its own
balcony, and setup with nursery if needed... had private bath... bunk
beds in one, and one other large bedroom.. 2 bathrooms upstairs......
nice for kids who like to sleep late upstairs, because noise couldn't
be heard on the second level from downstairs.... nice closet full of
beach toys outside, water hose to wash off the sand.... we had a beach
buggy we used for the beach... we stored it daily in the downstairs
closet..... parked 4 cars under the house.... 2-3 min walk to the
beach... the water park was awesome.. we all loved it.....golf carts
were fun to travel around the community with.. also plenty of fishing
spots.... elderly and handicap would not be able to get up the stairs.
, and I worried about my little grandson falling down, but there is a
gate that locks on the outside, and he did fine with the ones
inside.... overall we loved the house, and had a great time......

The house was good and clean and smelled so good. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was baby friendly. We were three houses down from the beach so it was easy to get to. It really felt like home away from home. We will defiantly be back hopefully in the same house.
