This house has 3 private bedrooms, 2 semi-private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a crib. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed & a twin loft. There is a twin daybed in each of the semi-private bedrooms. Because you have to walk through them to access other room, I do not count them as full bedrooms, but they do have comfortable beds and I allow for the extra guests so I count the 2 rooms as 1 bedroom in the listing.
The house has 2 FULL baths, one in the master suite and one in the hall. There is also an OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot and cold water which is awesome after a day in the lake!
There are 2 living rooms with sofas, a bar area and a card or game table.
The open, well-lit, eat-in kitchen with center island is well equipped and open to one of the living rooms so you can be a part of the action even when you're cooking.
The sun room has a playroom for the children, a table and chairs, and amazing views of the lake.
This house is strictly NON SMOKING. Please smoke outside only and dispose of your cigarette garbage in appropriate containers.
Outside we offer a dock with table, chairs and benches, 2 swings over the water, children's play areas, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fire pit, etc. (Tree house and rope swing are not able to be used by tenants, sorry!)

The home was the perfect size for our family. We were in NC for our daughter's wedding. The dock was sunny but the deck was shaded by the trees so we had the best of all worlds. We are so happy we rented the kayak and the paddle board. We also bought a Pegasus blow up floater from Walmart. The kids (both young and old) loved the swings.
