The close proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide you with a perfect vacation.
The master bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen television and a dvd player. King bed has a Simmons Beautyrest mattress.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a 22 inch LED flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player.
FREE wireless high-speed internet access.
The is an END unit with a wrap-around balcony. A table and 4 Adirondack chairs allow for outdoor dining or relaxing, along with 2 Counter height Adirondack chairs and an attached table to enjoy your morning coffee. With 301 being an end unit, there's no need for other guests to pass by the unit. Also, there is an extra-large semi-private hallway for this unit.
CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE ONLY. Less than one week, cleaning fee ($125) will be added to the rate.
All rates subject to 11% local/state tax.
A 40% deposit is due within 14 days of reservation.
Full Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Sun, sand and fun.
This location and condo just makes my stay easy and had me coming back every year. My husband and I love the proximity to the beach and myriad golf courses. I also love the shopping opportunities. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect condo for our stay in Hilton Head
The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need if you like to cook ( which I do). However if you want to eat out there are many good restaurant choices right next door as well as a grocery store. The location is great near to everything so the teenagers could hang out at the plaza next door but still nice and private so it was quieter when you wanted to just sit on the big wrap around balcony and relax. Pam was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions.

The condo was just as I expected; very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable which is a high priority for me. The kitchen had everything we needed. I also loved the close proximity to Coligny plaza; lots of nice shops and good restaurants. My favorite thing about the condo was how close it was to the beach; no more than a five minute walk. It was an added bonus that the oceanfront pool near us was also available for our use. My sister and I discussed where we would stay if we returned to HHI. We decided that this condo "was perfect" and we would stay here again! The owner, Pam, was easy to work with; Responded immediately with any concerns. Anyone who stays here won't be disappointed!

The condo was fabulous. We are planning on rebook again for 2016. Very nicely decorated, neat, great access to beach, great for older kids as they have Coligny to go to for ice cream, and shopping. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the condo above needs carpeting as all you heard was the chairs scrapping along the floor at all hours of the day.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!!!!
We stayed at Unit 301 this past week. Villa is very clean, well-appointed, decor is bright and cheery. Enjoyed the radio in the living room. Air conditioning nice and cold after a day in the hot sun. Like having a washer/dryer to wash towels. Great location, near Coligny shops and restaurants and a short 2-min walk to beach. We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves a few mornings. Sunrise this morning was breathtaking.
Owner, Pam, is friendly and helpful. Transaction was easy (PayPal). No keys needed, codes provided for unit, vehicle gate, pool, elevator, etc. Great wraparound porch for relaxing. We traveled with our son and his girlfriend and there was plenty of room, each bedroom has private bathroom. Kitchen is well-stocked with necessary supplies in case you want to cook some meals. Grocery store within walking distance. Great souvenir shops and ice cream too. Mini golf, bike rentals and outlet malls all within a short drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back someday!!!
