You will drive along rolling and easily accessible paved pastoral farmland while you spot horses and cows dotting the landscape.
1. Because there’s nothing like the Great Smoky Mountains in any season, and Everview has 360-degree vistas from its two-story back and front decks and you’re only a short drive to so many attractions and activities.
2. Because our 4-bedroom cabin’s open layout and smartly designed master suites give you plenty of room to relax. And because you don’t need to overthink your vacation. Everview comes stocked with everything you need to feel at home, from shampoo and conditioner to olive oil and laundry detergent.
Wake up in one of TWO main-level master suites, each equipped with its own full bath and luxurious king beds made up with the coziest Egyptian cotton sheets. Start your morning with breakfast on the open-concept main level, with its stone fireplace, breakfast bar, and formal dining room.
Spend the day exploring the great outdoors or shopping in town, and unwind in a rocking chair on the back deck with a cup of iced tea as the stars twinkle into view.
By evening, leave the lower level to the kids. The downstairs den has its own fireplace, books, games, and an HDTV to keep them entertained for hours before they retreat to the 2 lower-level bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two twins.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA
Planning activities for a group can be a challenge, but not at Everview, which is nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, just outside of Waynesville. Foodies can eat their way through nearby Asheville, just 40 minutes away, where each restaurant is better than the last and a new craft brewery seems to crop up every week. History buffs are only 30 miles from the awe-inspiring Biltmore Estate. And thrill-seekers are perfectly positioned to explore the region’s best mountain biking, downhill skiing, zip-lining, white water rafting, boating and more.
And did we mention there are five golf courses within 12 miles of the house? Or just stick close to Waynesville for a Main Street, USA experience -- we’ve got a whole list of our favorite local spots to share with you when arrive. With eye-popping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Everview puts the excitement of Western NC at your fingertips.
If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would love to make your trip to the Smokies the best you’ve ever experienced!
We find that many of our guests are extended families, which is how we love to travel ourselves! The layout and spaciousness at Everview gives folks an opportunity to spend time gathered around the kitchen or grilling out on the deck and helps build wonderful memories together in a gorgeous setting. When you want to get out, there is no shortage of attractions and activities the whole family can enjoy year-round. We have owned our home a number of years now and still haven't visited all of the places of interest nearby!
Many of our guests return year after year to Everview. They know they will find everything they need here - they just need to pack clothes, pick up a few grocery items, and enjoy the comforts of their home away from home. Like having their own vacation property... but without the expense!
Even though we live in Florida and only get to greet guests by phone or email, they have been some of the nicest people we have ever encountered. Hotels can't offer the warmth and comfort an actual home provides. We want our guests to feel like family and hope that by making their stay as stress-free as possible, they will consider us a part of theirs too.

This home was extremely clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and views.

I could go on and on about the beauty of this home and the ease of working with Marilyn. Everything was spotless and even better than described. Cozy bedrooms, gorgeous views, plenty of space for 4 couples and two dogs, and great amenities (including a very well-stocked kitchen). Our dogs loved running around the backyard and saying hi to the horses, groundhogs, and rabbits.
On top of all that, Marilyn was so accessible, kind, and helpful the whole weekend.
Just a delightful stay! We’ll definitely keep in it mind for family trips in the future.
One thing to note: Waynesville is definitely further from Asheville than we realized (about a 40 min drive), so I’m not sure if it’s the best home base if you’re planning on spending a lot of time there. In the future, we’d probably just hang around Waynesville and beautiful natural areas close by.

The house was quite a drive from the main road but it was beautiful, clean and cozy, and had great views from every room. Everything we needed was provided. It was easy to communicate with Marilyn as well and we did not have any major issues. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Thanks for your review Angelica. We love that drive! We've timed it at about 7 minutes, but enjoy the scenic views especially when the horses, alpacas, and cows are out at neighboring farms. We hope to have you back soon and thanks again for taking good care of our home.
The home is even better than advertised, with a fully stocked kitchen (seriously, more kitchen gear than I have at home), comfy beds, awesome hot tub and lovely views. Note that the 10:00 check out is a hard line since housekeeping shows up at 10 (though Marilyn was wonderful with accommodating us wherever we asked).

Thanks Kristine for taking the time to review your stay. So happy we could provide for your cooking needs!
I appreciate your understanding of the check-out time. With enough notice, we can sometimes accommodate a later departure. But with back to back rentals, they are on a tight schedule so we have to give them enough time to get our home just as nice for the incoming guests. We appreciate you taking such good care of our place and hope to have you back soon.
Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic! The home is beautiful, and has everything you want and need in an AirBnb space. Our 3 YO loved being out on the back lawn, and was intrigued by the horses just beyond the property. The downstairs is an awesome separate space as well - great for video games, board games, or quiet reading. Three covered porches provide stunning views from the front and back.
We chose this location to escape the noise of the suburbs and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. It took us about 40 minutes to get into Asheville & the Uber ride back was only $40. There was a nearby hike “Hemp Hill Road Trail” that we loved - about 15 min drive and a 4 mile hike. At the top was a gorgeous view from the science center.
Marilyn was very communicative and helped with every question before and during. Would absolutely stay here again!
