Wonderful!!!
We vacationed at this unit from August 11 - 18, 2018 -- what a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The condo is full all of the items that make vacation wonderful (clean, comfy couches and beds). We ate in several nights, the kitchen is well equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you could ask for. My family had a wonderful time -- hope to be back.

Loved It!
First family vacation at Ocean Isle Beach and I hope to return to this exact spot over and over. Location on the island was just right - not too far from stuff but also not too close. We rented bikes and had a great time riding the back roads. The walk across to the beach was very close, had no steps, and was great for older parents. Condo was super clean and updated with comfy beds. It had everything we needed and the pool was glorious after a hot day on the beach. Owners are wonderful too :) Highly recommend!

GREAT WEEK AT OIB AGAIN!!
Once again, we had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Isle Beach!!! We have been coming to OIB for over 30 years and have always stayed at Sandvillas. It's a great atmosphere and extremely convenient to the Ocean. We come with a large group, and over the years, we have seen just about every unit in Sandvillas. This unit, D-1, with the current renovations, is one of the loveliest and cleanest units we have seen. The Fields are awesome Owners to work with and they have equipped the unit with everything that you will need. The decorations are warm and inviting. We love the living room furniture and although we would prefer a King Bed in the Master, all beds were very comfortable. This is our 2nd year in this unit and have already booked for next year. I do agree with previous reviews that I would love to see the 2nd bathroom walled off so that it could be accessible to the other bedroom. But, overall, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the unit !! See ya next year !!
