WaterPointe II is known as the All Seasons Resort due to its attractive amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, an ocean-front outdoor pool surrounded by a spacious deck and a very large ocean-front sun deck.
The property is well-maintained and attractive, and the views of the ocean and the strand are spectacular in both directions from our 7th floor condo! It’s also quiet enough on this stretch of beach for you to hear the waves at night while you sleep. Ahhhh!
Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. We are continually updating our unit for you, our customers - our guests tell us that it is exceptionally well-equipped with all the comforts of home!
It is important to note that you are renting directly from the owner of the property - this is our personal vacation home!
Rules and restrictions...: Please note that trailers, motorcycles and RV's are not allowed on the property of Water Pointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 --- no house parties! We do not allow smoking or pets in our condo. About The Owner
We live in North Carolina but have always enjoyed the North Myrtle Beach area, particularly in the off-season. It is expensive to own property at the beach, so renting our place has been a good way to help offset those costs. We come to the area as often as we can, so we keep our condo well-equipped and looking nice to make sure our guests have wonderful, relaxing vacations here. We have come to know many of our guests on a personal basis (because they return each year). If you'd like to know more about us, just ask!
We searched for 2 years before deciding on our oceanfront condo at Water Pointe II. We purchased in 2006. We love the area, have been very impressed with the proactive HOA and we have made lots of changes to the interior of the condo through the years. We have never once regretted our choice!

The Water Pointe II resort is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, a 2-mile stretch of beach where you will find medians with palm trees and a more “residential feel” than other sections of Myrtle Beach. We are very near several major attractions in the area (Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17, restaurant row) and also have easy access to the major roads leading to Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. We are located halfway between Calabash and downtown Myrtle Beach --- so, we are truly central to all of the most popular activities the Grand Strand has to offer! And the best part is... you are renting from the owner of the property --- not through an agency or property manager!

Our condo has 3 bedrooms - the master has a king bed, the middle bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning and linens for WEEKLY rentals.
We have 2 elevators in the building and 2 private parking lots. One of the parking lots is on the street side of the building, the other is directly across Ocean Blvd. Owner provides parking permits for up to 2 vehicles.

Policies
Cancellations: Refund of security deposit and rent will be made if reservation cancelled at least 2 months before arrival. Otherwise no refund unless unit can be rented; if rented for less than your rate, difference will be deducted from your refund. All refunds subject to $50 cancellation fee.
Security Deposit: Security deposit of $200 is refundable by method of payment after departure, if unit is reasonably clean and undamaged and keys/parking permits are all accounted for. Charges for lost keys, extra cleaning, etc., will be deducted from security deposit. Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.

Vacation Mode On
My family and I recently visited Myrtle Beach for the first time. On the glowing recommendation of a friend who has stayed in the unit before, we reached out to Diane and she couldn’t have been more accommodating and patient with my endless questions. The unit is exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean and located a short drive to many area attractions, shopping and eateries. Diane was kind enough to offer some great dining recommendations that were a big hit with our family, too! The crown jewel is the stunning view of the beach from the large balcony (with access from both the master bedroom and living room) and having the beach literally at the steps of the property!! Nothing says vacation like enjoying a cup of coffee each morning while watching the sunrise across the ocean or going for a stroll with the ocean water between your toes. It was also great for my teenage boys who loved having such quick access to the ocean to boogie board or have a catch on the beach. I visited family who were staying in other parts of Myrtle and I must say I found the beach area by this unit to be a bit less crowded which I loved. The on-site parking lot is an added bonus, as I didn’t see much street parking. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unplug and enjoy a relaxing vacation, contact Diane, you won’t be disappointed!

WaterPointe II #702
My family and I loved staying in this condo. The location is perfect and we spent several hours on the beach, and looking out to the ocean from the balcony. It is also close to shopping and we even took a day trip to Charleston. The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The property was also well maintained and clean. Everyone was very friendly and it was nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Diane checked on us and was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again.

Nicest condo around
This condo is the nicest decorated and updated condo I've ever stayed in - it was just like home. The showers in the bathrooms and the kitchen looked like something out of Home & Garden absolutely gorgeous! The owner is top notch and really cares about her renters thoughts/opinions. We will def be going back next year to Water Pointe II.

Beautifully appointed condo directly on the Beach!
This was our third stay at this very lovely condo. It is gorgeously updated with granite countertops and new kitchen cabinetry. You will find the kitchen well stocked with all the necessities need for cooking as well as a washer & dryer. Whenever we arrive the condo is always immaculately clean. We have enjoyed many mornings sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee overlooking that beautiful ocean view. This condo is a very relaxing home base close to many delicious restaurants. In addition its very convenient to for shopping at Barefoot Landing, Tangier Outlet, and Broadway at the Beach. Diane is an absolutely amazing owner to work with. She responds quickly to all concerns & questions. She keeps you informed and makes the process of renting a vacation property easy & stress free. 2-month Snow Birds
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered Unit 702 of Waterpointe II. It was well appointed & very clean; therefore we settled in easily for our Jan. & Feb. 2017 stay. Waterpointe II is on a great "walking" beach & is close to restaurants, golf courses, Barefoot Landing, a movie theater, a Tanger Outlet Mall & much more. We made many new friends while enjoying the indoor pool. We loved sitting on the balcony in the sunshine; we even saw dolphins. Diane, the owner, told us to make 702 our home away from home ... and we did! We'll definitely be back.
