Come relax for a week and discover one of North Carolina's best kept secrets. Topsail Island has been our families favorite vacation destination for over 25 years. We like the uncrowded beach which makes for great sharks teeth and shell hunting. Waking up to in the morning to see shrimp boats just off the coast followed by dolphins is a treat for both young and old alike.
Our beach house has many extras... All bedrooms have their own deck access with fabulous views. All TV’s have ROKU with Netflix, and antenna with local channels. The bedrooms have Four kings and one bunk bed... All of which are comfortable. Private back yard with a picnic table near grills. In addition to a fully-equipped home, we also have a portable crib, junior bed - both with linen. There is a high chair and booster seat along with small children toys and games.

Great Vacation Home
Our family's third time at this house and it's great. (Six adults and four children.) Everything you need including beach towels, chairs, and sand toys. Kids love the outdoor shower! Located in a small community in North Topsail Beach and just a short walk (2 min) to the beach. Jean is a wonderful host and very responsive to answer questions or if there is a problem (which we have never had). Highly recommend.

great vacation
this is a wonderful vacation home and great location in quiet community.short walk to beach and pool.this house has everything you need for a family vacation .towels,fully stocked kitchen,toys,beach chairs.plenty room to park.best place we have ever stayed in top sail.the host Jean was wonderful from first time I contacted her about renting to the day we checked out.thanks Jean we will be back.

Wonderful Vacation
This house has it all. The owner has stocked this house with every item you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with so many items. There are extra pillows, blankets, bath and beach towels. There are enough chairs and boogie boards for every person on your trip. The private outdoor shower was a great spot to clean up the kids before entering the house. It is close to the beach and the pool. The owner is lovely to work with. She is proactive on any issues there might be and responsive to any concerns. The views from the front deck are marvelous. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Amazing Owner and communication
We have been going to North topsail Beach for a number of years and have always stayed in the village of Stump Sound. This is the first time that we have stayed in medicinaluse and we were quite surprised by all of the amenities that were in this home, then other homes in the community.
The greatest surprise when we walked in the door was a gift for us never have I ever rented a house and a gift was waiting for us to use during the week and to take home.
Every time there was a question or an issue. Jean was amazing in returning an answer in a few short minutes, or even when she was lying in a hospital bed due to illness. All issues were promptly taken care of by her maintenance man and the house was very very clean upon our arrival.
The walk to the beach was very easy and of course, North Topsail Beach is not very crowded. We had a wonderful week and look to return in the next year.
If I could give more than five stars, I would you can’t go wrong with this house or the owner

Wonderful Week
This home is perfect for a beach getaway. It has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need in a comfortable welcoming home. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need with some extras too. Once our granddaughter realized there was an ice cream maker she was all in.. twice. Everything you need for the beach and pool is there as well. How great not to have to pack boogie boards, beach towels, chairs etc. Rainy days and evenings are covered as well with cabinets well stocked with games, puzzles, books and movies. Jean is easy to work with, very responsive and offers guests a warm welcome to their beach getaway. You can't go wrong....Just what the doctor ordered. Enjoy!!
