6) Hang used beach towels outside on rails. No sandy beach towels in washing machine please.
7) Electric fireplace is inoperable for safety reasons. Please do not try to use.
8) No subletting allowed.

If any of the above rules are broken, landlord has the right to retain entire security deposit to cover cost of damages.

Great townhouse!

Three girlfriends enjoyed this townhouse for the weekend, and we had a blast. Loved the convenient location. Very cute space. Perfect for what we needed!

Close to everything

Well appointed, sparkling clean condo. Close to downtown Charleston and beaches . Mount Pleasant has a lot to offer as well and has outstanding restaurants too. Owners were easy to work with. Look forward to returning.

Cute little townhome in happening residential area

We met the handy man on the way in and he gave us the scoop on all of the good restaurants in the area! We loved our stay in Michelle 's townhome! Crisp and clean with white and grey furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and it was shared by 2 couples with no problems. The only thing, and it's a small issue, would be ...more utensils for cooking basics and a few more spices available. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker. I highly recommend sesame restaurant down the street! There is an aldi close by as well. I will definitely come back to Charleston and hopefully back to this quaint neighborhood!

Incredible stay and incredible host!

This place is beautiful on the inside and out! Sweet blue door, perfectly clean and newly designed interior, and PERFECT location! Right between the beach and downtown. The perfect getaway that feels just like home! Host knew so much about the Charleston area and was very helpful to our stay!
