Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this North Myrtle Beach resort features 9 indoor and outdoor pools, 7 hot tubs, and 3 restaurants. Its spacious studios and suites offer a private balcony. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee-making facilities are included in each studio and suite. The suite offers ocean views and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can work out in the modern fitness center or use the business center at Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center. A convenience store is also on site.

•We will not be responsible for loss or theft of money or valuables of any kind.
•No smoking allowed in the unit.
•Rental deposit fee of 25% is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates and balance due within 30 days of check-in. If check in date is less than 30 days, we require payment in full at time of booking.
•We reserve the right refuse refund deposits, refuse rentals or discontinue occupancy, if in our judgment; your occupancy of the unit is detrimental to the property.
•Sorry, but there will be no refunds for early departures of guests.
•Check in time is 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am.
•Several advertised services might be seasonal
•A cancellation charge of the full rental amount will be assessed if the reservations are cancelled 30 or less prior to arrival. All cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If mandatory government evacuations occur, our guests may be compensated by scheduling another available time period for actual time lost or may be given other consideration as determined by the owner.
• Damages which are discovered, or which occur during the guest occupancy should be reported immediately to Ron Pennise.
A maximum number of 6 guests are permitted to stay in the unit at a time.
•No charcoal or gas grills are allowed near building or on the any balconies.
•Please do not take any such things as linens, blankets, furniture, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. out of the unit.
•Rate includes a starter set of bath towels and linens. You may wash these items if more is needed at the laundry stations.
•Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as towels and linens for the unit may not be taken out unless you are washing them.
•Please do not rearrange the furniture in any of the rooms with exception of the kitchen table.
•During check be careful as the doors are heavy and the carts can cause damage to the walls. Once in the unit make yourself at home, the unit should be cleaned and ready for you. Let me know if this is not the case.
•Parking- guests are allowed a maximum of one vehicle during their stay.
• Remove all of your food from the refrigerator, remove any garbage, put all used towels, wash clothes, dish clothes and dish towels in the bath tub. Please clean and put dishes back in cabinets prior to leaving. Take any food you have remaining. Leave the unit as tidy as you can. Use the common sense rule as much as possible.

•During check in you may use the carts to get luggage into the unit and the elevator in the middle to the 3rd floor. Be careful as the doors are heavy and the carts can cause damage to the walls. Once in the unit make yourself at home, the unit should be cleaned and ready for you. Let me know if this is not the case.

•Check out - please move the thermostat back to 77 in the warm weather months. Empty all of your food from the refrigerator, remove any garbage, put all used towels, wash clothes, dish clothes and dish towels in the bath tub. Please clean all dirty dishes and return to cabinet. Take any food you have remaining. Leave the unit as tidy as you can. Use the common sense rule as much as possible.

Absolutely amazing!
This condo as EVERYTHING! It is in a great location. We were able to walk to many awesome restaurants. The building’s facilities were great, and having a private washer and dryer at the beach is LIFE CHANGING! The room was very clean and beautifully appointed! Ron was also a great help and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was also able to recommend some great places around town! We will be returning! 10/10–would highly recommend!
