We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the caboose at buffalo creek vacations! The caboose is brand new and is fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. We watched them feed the buffalo and other animals on Saturday morning and the owners answered all of our questions about the animals and the property. We purchased buffalo steaks at the outpost that we cannot wait to try. We are already looking at dates so we can visit again.

This place was awesome. The Caboose was so much fun to stay in. My 4 year old son loved the copula and looking out the windows at the Bison. The property is great too - we loved hiking to the playground. Must hike up to the tire swing and tether ball too - so worth it! You don't find tire swings like that any more :) Overall, it was a great experience and a fun place to get away from it all!

Spent a great night in the new Caboose- accommodations were clean and well appointed- granite counter tops, digital television, and quirky details that make you smile. We spent the day at the Biltmore then drove to Buffalo Creek - it was easy to to find- directions were excellent.
After a walk to check out the farm animals, we relaxed and had a great nights sleep - the beds were super comfy.
All the animals were even more spunky in the morning - and the hi light was watching the buffalo come on into the corral for the morning feeding.
The host was incredibly responsive. Answered all my questions quickly. The ranch is set in a beautiful part of the country, and since I love animals - so I would definitely return.
I highly recommend - a great treat that will make you smile.
