Fun filled week!
This condo is in a great location for everything. The pool is right outside the door. The fireworks were straight off the balcony and beautiful. Everything we needed for the week was provided. The grill was very convenient to have available. All week and even with all the activity around for Tuesday night fireworks the unit was very quiet. The marina is beautiful and it was very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the people coming and going on their boats. We had family at the Disney resort across the bridge so this condo was the perfect location for a quick walk to see them at Disney's Hilton Head Resort. We had some questions about operating a couple items upon arrival and the next day. A phone call to Byron took care of it all, either remotely or walking me through the directions. We had excellent service from Byron. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice temperature. We did not use the bikes on this trip but if we return we will definitely do that. We also did not use the shuttle but that is a great amenity. The rental process was easy and Byron answered all my questions from the get go. The staff was coming in when we checked out and she was very professional and pleasant. Would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it.
