Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and very convenient to Coligny where you can find anything. Even got to see an alligator in the water behind the condo!

Thanks to Lynne and Dave for a great stay at their condo. The condo could of not been any better equipped. They have thought of every possible thing that would be needed to make it a home away from home.
Lynne was in contact with us to make sure we arrived ok and to make sure we were finding everything in good order. The rooms were super clean and well stocked with the necessities. We will definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Firstly I would like to say a big Thank You to Lynne and Dave for all their help, concern and phone calls.The condo was very comfortable, having absolutely everything a family need or want.It was perfectly placed for the beach,shops and restaurants.All the local people were very friendly and went out of their way to show us their town at its best.We loved the pancakes for breakfast,Pecan Pie,Steaks,Crab and of course The Palmetto Kettle Popcorn... We are one Happy English Family who can't thank Lynne ,Dave and the People of Hilton Head enough for our most memorable holiday.

This condo was awesome...a stones throw away from grocery store, restaurants, bars & other great things!!
We've been to Hilton Head many times and we'll be back to this villa for sure. Our car rarely left the parking lot once we arrived. Bike rentals is the way to go and Lynne & Dave's condo is near everything.

Location was perfect. You can walk to the grocery store, bike to the beach, restaurants, shops at Coligny Plaza (we rarely drove our car). Lynne and Dave were extremely accommodating. Our party consisted of 3 adults and a child and we had more than enough room. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. We cooked at the condo 2 nights and never needed anything that wasn't available. Very much a great vacation at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Lynne and Dave
