113 Springwood Villas

We had a great vacation in Hilton Head and I would highly recommend staying at 113 Springwood Villas condo. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The surrounding stores were within a short walking distance. The kids loved both the beach and pool. I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities in the condo we virtually had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The gym at the Players Club was also an added bonus! Everyone liked the variety of things to do, we especially liked Harbor Town and the Crazy Crab. The owners were very accommodating and provided great customer service even calling to make sure we arrived and returned home safely. That was definitely a nice touch. This is a great place for a couple's get away or family vacation and I will be recommending it to family and friends.

Great family trip!

Had a wonderful 4th of July week with the family including my husband and myself as well as teen daughter and 2 adult children. The property was just as described and well equipped. Lynne was a dream to deal with and provided consistent contact to insure our trip was seamless. Property within an enjoyable walk to Coligny Plaza and the public beach. Spent everyday on the beach and appreciated the wagon to carry our supplies and the use of chairs and beach toys if wanted. Coligny Plaza offers many options for shopping and dining. We especially enjoyed the Frosty Frog!

Very Enjoyable Stay, Nice Condo

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We really enjoyed the beach (2 accesses within 10 min walk) and pool areas as well as the golfing nearby. The provided wagon and beach toys are a nice touch as well and made carrying things to the ocean very easy. This 2 story villa is well maintained and worked out perfectly for our family of four. The owners work very hard to make sure your stay is comfortable and to your liking. We decided to buy groceries and cook most meals in the condo and really saved some money. We did visit Hudson's Seafood Restaurant on the Docks for my wife's birthday dinner and were pleased. with the food and service and a really nice view...get there early (5pm 530pm to avoid waits. Overall we are very satisified with this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again or reccommend to family and friends.

Great Place!

We have just returned from two weeks at the Springwood condo. This was our second time staying at this condo and plan to visit again. The condo is very accommodating and convenient.The pictures and video are spot on accurate. The complex is quiet with everytning you could want within walking distance. The storage room is equipped with beach chairs, toys, and even a wagon to get it all to the beach. The keyless entry is also a plus! Lynne is so thoughtful and helpful. She and Dave obviously care about the comfort of their renters. I would recommend this rental without hesitation. Love Hilton Head and Springwood Villa!!

Hilton Head First Time!

I stayed in this condo and the pictures and video are very accurate. It is clean and tidy and has everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The beach is just a short walk away or you can bike to the beach or drive. My interaction with the property owners in every instance was very pleasant. They were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this property to friends and family and hope to stay here again. Hilton Head is a little piece of heaven. Be sure to see Harbour Towne and Shelter Cove and the beach!!!!!!!
