This condo was awesome...a stones throw away from grocery store, restaurants, bars & other great things!! We've been to Hilton Head many times and we'll be back to this villa for sure. Our car rarely left the parking lot once we arrived. Bike rentals is the way to go and Lynne & Dave's condo is near everything. Thanks again Lynne for your hospitality and your concern of our safe drive home

Just back home from spending a wonderful week in Lynne/Dave's Condo. It was more than warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The Condo is well located the pool is right outside the condo and the beach was a short walking distance away. Their kitchen is well supplied with so many extras!!! The 3 TVs made for happy grandchildren....Nice surprise was the bathroom right off the second bedroom. Lynne was always an email or phone call away, PERFECT HOST!!! If you are looking for a place to stay in Hilton Head, strongly recommend this Condo you won't be disappointed.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This condo was all we expected and more! From our first contact with Lynne to our last email upon arriving back in Canada, we were well looked after. Spending three months there we were in our ‘home away from home’ with all the comforts of home. Lynne is an amazing host who thinks of everything and cares about her guests. The condo is very well located for walking to just about everything. The beach is 5 minutes away as is Coligny Plaza with its many shops and eateries. The Bi Lo grocery store is only 2 minutes away. The condo is very inviting from the well-appointed kitchen to the dining area and the living space. With three TVs (in case the kids are ever bored) there’s a channel for everyone. Having ensuite bathrooms meant greater privacy and no lineups. Did I mention lots of towels and bedding? We really enjoyed going out by the pool to choose sun or shade for relaxing. Lynne was always only a quick email away and was very quick to answer any concern or to suggest an activity or some other tip about the area. We just loved our time here--and are looking forward to returning again and again.

Okay, first of all, the owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The property itself was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for my wife and I and another couple. Being so close to the Coligny shops and beach was a huge plus, with its restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We took advantage of this daily. The pools were clean and well maintained. We rented bicycles(highly recommended) to take advantage of the awesome trails on the island. In closing, nice kitchen with washer and dryer, comfortable beds and living room and a great location with awesome owners. BOOK IT!

Beautiful vacation get away! Spotlessly clean with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to prepare anything from a simple to gourmet meal at home. If you don't feel like cooking there are numerous places close by that offer fine dining. The beach is just a short walk away. The property also has a swimming pool. Bad weather? Take a short walk to the club that offers indoor swimming and hot tubs. There are also tennis courts for those who wish to play. The surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and peaceful. Location is WONDERFUL. Savannah, Beaufort,Charlette is within driving distance making day trips easy and affordable. The proprietors are gracious and anxious to please. Negatives? Couldn't find any! Can't wait to come back!
